| Socially Anti -Standup Comedy @Glen's Kalyan Nagar | Sat, Oct 24, 4:00 PM UTC | Glens BakeHouse: Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru | 3my6jo54qbj22 | Curator | Socially Anti, A stand-up comedy show by Shreeks Comedy is aimed at bringing stuff that people usually do not wish to discuss socially or what some may perceive as anti-social, although it is just the truth that is being said loud. We as people are conditioned by the society to be as obedient as possible and not speak out even when things go out of control and we may suffer due to our silence and not take a stand on anything and just go with the majority. With this show, we aim to break this majoritarian overload and the restrictions on society to be in a certain way and to not speak out, etc. etc. This is not a political show, and we do not necessarily hate the govt or say anything particularly negative about the govt, but in the course of the show we may touch upon the subject if need be and address any shortcomings or negativities that we see in the people who are ruling us. This is all about expressing our individuality via our expressions on various subject matters like love, lies, cheating and relationships, and also the general views that we may have on all things associated with our normal day-to-day life. It is not your typical show in the sense that we do not want to put a tag on the type of content that we do or what you will hear; it is all about our desire to express things that we want to, and we hope there are many of you who also may have a similar view and may love what we have to say. This show is not for those who easily get offended, and hence we request you to kindly not book tickets if you identify yourself as someone who gets offended easily. Even After the Above Warning If you are in the show, then it is your responsibility to enjoy the show! | |||
| Introduction to Squash by SWYNG - Bellandur | Sun, Oct 25, 4:30 AM UTC | Indian School of Sports, Bengaluru | 3my6jo5mza522 | Curator | Squash is one of the best sports for developing cardio and muscular strength. During a typical 45-minute session, players can expect to burn up to 1,000 calories and exercise all the muscles of the body from the arms (ball striking) to the legs (lunging) and the core (stabilizing) while playing a competitive, endorphin-bosting game.Combined with the physical demands, squash requires fine skills (ball placement and shot deception), and tactical skills (ball positioning and building of rallies). It serves as a supermen test of physical and mental reactions, with the ball frequently reaching speeds upwards of 170mph whilst players jostle and maneuver for supremacy of the court. The best way to get acquainted with the sport is to get on the court and try striking the ball. This Introduction To Squash session is ideal for first-timers or one's with little-to-no knowledge of squash.Every Sunday 10.00AM -11.30AM.Recommended Age: >14 Yr. | |||

| Brunch Near Me | Sun, Oct 25, 6:30 AM UTC | KICO Community | Church Street, Bengaluru | 3my6jo6b4ir22 | Curator | SUNDAY BRUNCH AT KICO 🥂🍳About Bangalore brunches 🌤️🥂If you haven’t done a proper Sunday brunch in Bangalore yet, you should. It’s almost part of the city experience.Brunch here usually means a long, slightly boozy afternoon — unlimited drinks, a big spread of food, and nowhere to be from around 12 PM to 4 PM Most of the top hotels do one every Sunday, along with a handful of good standalone restaurants and bars. Some have live music, some have DJs, and the better ones slowly turn into an afternoon party.KICO is launching its Sunday Brunch this week and this one looks worth trying. There’s a generous food spread, a proper cocktail menu, plus beer, wine and premium spirits. My suggestion: go with a few friends and get there by 1 PM. Reserve in advance if you want a good table. If you’re happy just walking in and finding your way around, that works too.And this isn’t a sleepy brunch.RETRO · HIP HOP · DISCOBasically, brunch first. Afternoon party immediately after. 😉 | |||

| Talk Heal Transform | Sun, Oct 25, 10:15 AM UTC | Dialogues Cafe, Koramangala, Bengaluru | 3my6jo7kups22 | Curator | Welcome to Talk Heal Transform. Sometimes, when relationship stress gets heavy, what you need most isn`t formal advice or clinical therapy. You just need a safe, quiet space to talk it out and feel genuinely heard. We live in a world where everyone is talking, but very few people actually feel heard. Most of us carry thoughts we have never said out loud, especially about relationships, family dynamics, heartbreak, or self-worth. Sometimes the people closest to us are the hardest to open up to, and speaking to a neutral listener can feel much safer because there is no history, no expectations, and no judgment. This workshop is designed as a simple, compassionate listening space. Whether you are navigating family misunderstandings, friendship shifts, or romantic turbulence, I am here to listen intently to your story without any judgment or pressure to fix things overnight. Please Note This is not professional therapy, medical counseling, or psychological treatment. It is a warm, private space where you can speak freely, process your thoughts out loud, and find clarity through honest human connection. If you want suggestions, I can share simple perspectives that have helped others in similar situations, but this is never about telling you how to live. It is about helping you figure out what feels right for you. Come as you are, share as much or as little as you like, and experience the simple comfort of being truly listened to. Sometimes, all it takes to start feeling lighter is one honest conversation. | |||

To suffer in silence. To move on faster. You obeyed for a while. You carried betrayals, loss, rejections, loneliness, and confusion, until even silence felt overwhelming. Enough. This is not an event for the standard self-help crowd. This is for the ones who were tested, abandoned, and shattered, yet are still standing. Married, unmarried, broken-hearted, jobless, feeling stuck, or feeling completely unseen: you belong here. It does not matter how you identify. It matters that you have a voice inside you that deserves to be heard. If you have held back your thoughts for too long, If you have smiled through hardship, If you are tired of carrying the weight alone: Come. Break the silence. Speak your truth. No judgment. No formal therapy setups. No faking. Only honest conversation, real listening, and genuine expression. Come as you are. Leave lighter and stronger. Your silence was never your fault. Note: I am not a counselor, therapist, or psychologist. This is an informal, supportive peer conversation. Meetup format: One on One | |||

| Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) Open Class in Wimbledon | Sat, Dec 19, 11:15 AM UTC | Surya Hot Yoga, Elm Grove, London, UK | 3my7467mg5l22 | Curator | # Rest. Receive. Reconnect. **Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) Wimbledon** What happens when you stop trying to fix yourself for a while? When you put your phone away, lie down, close your eyes, and simply allow yourself to be? This KAP (Kundalini Activation Process) session is an invitation to step out of the busyness of everyday life and into a space of deep rest, presence and possibility. There is nothing to learn, nothing to achieve, and no experience you need to have. You don't need to know how energy works, or even believe in it. Just come as you are. ### What is KAP? KAP is a gentle, receptive practice based on the transmission of life force energy. As you relax with your eyes closed, music creates a supportive atmosphere while I move around the room, offering light touch where appropriate to support the energetic process. Rather than trying to make something happen, KAP invites you to trust your body's own wisdom. Every session is different because every person is different. Some people experience deep stillness or relaxation. Others notice emotion moving through them, spontaneous body movement, laughter, tears, inner visions, or a feeling of spaciousness and connection. Sometimes the experience is very subtle. Whatever arises, you're encouraged to meet it with curiosity rather than expectation. ### A Space to Come Home to Yourself Many people are drawn to KAP because they long to slow down. To feel more connected. To quiet the constant thinking. To reconnect with their intuition. To spend time in a space where nothing is expected of them. Whether you're navigating change, feeling stuck, exploring your spiritual path, or simply curious about energy work, you're warmly welcome. ### About Me I'm Phillippa Gail, a certified KAP Level 2 Facilitator trained by KAP founder Venant Wong. Creating spaces where people feel safe, seen and able to explore their own inner experience is at the heart of my work. My role isn't to tell you what your experience should be, but to hold a supportive environment where your own process can unfold naturally. _"For me, KAP is one of the few practices where nothing is asked of you except your willingness to lie down, breathe, and be open to whatever your body and nervous system are ready for. It's a simple practice, but it can be deeply moving."_ ### Practical Information Surya Hot Yoga. (Walk to the very end of Elm Grove, building to your right.) Third Floor. 8 Red Studios, Elm Grove, Wimbledon SW19 4BX Some paid car parking available on Elm Grove & surrounding streets. Please bring: A yoga mat - some mats are available A blanket and cushion for comfort Loose, comfortable clothing Water It's best to eat only a light meal beforehand. ### A Note on Wellbeing KAP isn't suitable for everyone. It isn't recommended for people who are currently experiencing, or are prone to, mania, delusion or psychosis. If you have any questions about whether this practice is right for you, please feel free to get in touch before booking. If this gathering resonates with you, I'd love to welcome you. Come exactly as you are, and allow yourself the space to rest, receive and reconnect. For tickets, reviews and more information, visit Beyond Energy Events or contact me at [**phillippa@beyondenergy.events**](mailto:phillippa@beyondenergy.events). | |||

| Online Bohm Dialogue | Wed, Nov 11, 7:00 PM UTC | – | 3my7pkl2xnf22 | Curator | If you are longing for a space to slow down, think on a deeper level, listen to other perspectives, feel a sense of connection and togetherness, and experience the potential of what it means to think together, then join our online Bohm Dialogue. Bohm Dialogue, is a practice, process and philosophy that originates from the work of David Bohm (1917-1992), a theoretical physicist, most known for his theory of the implicate and explicate order. It is a deceptively simple practice. It doesn’t require any particular skills or knowledge to participate, just a willingness to listen deeply to one another. Unlike other Dialogue methods that focus on decision-making and consensus as a result of the process, Bohm Dialogue removes the pressure for agreement or outcomes, enabling the group to surface deeper understanding on the assumptions and biases that often block our ability to listen freely to others, and allowing new thinking and fresh perspectives to emerge. **Key elements of a dialogue process** - The process requires **deep listening** that allows for inquiry into what is important to individuals and the group. Participants are not required to speak unless they feel moved to do so; the group follows the ‘flow of meaning’ that emerges and moments of **slowness and silence** are welcome. - The process invites participants to become **aware of what is happening in the moment** , including bodily and emotional awareness, in addition to the process of thought, and any judgements or assumptions that arise. - Dialogue does not require agreement during the process or specific outcomes. However, it does require a willingness to participate with **respect, openness and non-judgement**. Session flow (approximate): - **7:00-7:30pm** - Check-in, mindfulness, intro to Bohm Dialogue and guidelines - **7:30 - 8:45pm** - Dialogue - **8:45 - 9:00pm** - Check-out **\*Spaces are limited to 12 participants\*** Want to learn more? | Listening skills and Bohm Dialogue - 4 week online learning journey | Wed, Jan 13, 7:00 PM UTC | – | 3my7schiscw22 | Curator | ### _ **85% of what we know, we have learned through listening\* ** _ Listening is a foundational value, skill and practice. We all possess the capacity to listen but that capacity remains largely untapped as few of us have learned to truly cultivate it. Research suggests that a scarce two percent of people are effectively skilled in active listening despite the fact that listening is as essential as speaking. This four-part online learning journey is grounded in three approaches unique to Creating Meaning - **Wholebody listening** - understanding how our emotions, feelings, and thoughts influence and guide how we react or respond, and how this can give us more autonomy and agency in how we choose to communicate. - **The three modes of listening in a Bohm Dialogue practice ** - increasing our awareness of how we listen to ourselves, to other people, and to the world around us, and how this can improve our communicating, relating and thinking skills. - **A receptive, reflective, responsive guiding framework** - recognising that we need vital skills of openness and curiosity, reflective learning and inquiry, and creativity and wisdom, and how this can support us to thrive and foster healthy relationships. | Resonant Presence : An Alchemy Morning Retreat | Sun, Dec 20, 10:00 AM UTC | Space at the Mill, Duke Street, Manchester, UK | 3my7vclyp2722 | Curator | # **Resonant Presence — A 3-Hour Mini Retreat Morning** **Movement, Breathwork & A Sensory Integration Journey** **Sunday 20th December 2026 | 10:00am–1:00pm** **Space at the Mill, Manchester** * * * **Resonant Presence** is a grounding, embodied journey designed to bring you home to your body. We weave together movement, conscious connected breathwork, live sound, gentle sensory activation, and deep integration to support emotional connection, nervous-system steadiness, and a soft return to yourself. * * * # **What to Expect** * * * ## **1. Movement — Arriving in the Body** We begin with simple, guided movement to loosen tension, reconnect with your breath, and awaken the body from within. * * * ## **2. Cacao — Opening the Heart Gently** Following movement, we settle into warm, heart-opening cacao to soften the mind, nourish the emotional body, and prepare you for the deeper journey ahead. Cacao helps you land, open gently, and arrive in your inner landscape with intention and tenderness. * * * ## **3. Breathwork — Opening Gently, Going Deep Safely** This style of Conscious Connected Breathwork supports you to explore deeper layers of yourself at a pace your body can trust — **not forceful, not pushed**. What comes up may be emotion, clarity, softness, insight, or a deeper sense of connection. The practice helps you stay steady and present with whatever arises. If you're looking for a fast-paced or intensely activating style of breathwork, this session is still dynamic but offers **a gentler, more embodied, nervous-system-honouring approach**. **Supported by:** - a **curated playlist** designed to guide your journey subtly, supporting emotional flow and rhythmic ease This practice can meet you powerfully or softly, opening you in the way your body is ready for that day — **but it is never forceful**. We invite your body to open at its own pace, without pushing your system beyond what it can safely hold. If you’ve seen breathwork sessions that involve intense activation, this offers a space for something different — **a grounded, steady, embodied style that honours your window of tolerance**. Emotions may arise — they’re welcome — and we meet them through breath and presence, supporting you to stay resourced and gradually expand your capacity to be with sensation and feeling. * * * ## **4. Alchemy Sound Journey & Sensory Integration — Landing Softly** After the breathwork, the journey continues as we move into a **full Alchemy Crystal Bowl immersion** — a spacious, resonant field created by my complete alchemy set. These crystalline tones support emotional coherence, deep settling, and a gentle unwinding through the water and fascia of the body. From this soundscape, we transition into a **sensory integration sequence** designed to ground and regulate the system. Optional **essential oil mists and grounding oils** This closing phase is nurturing, restorative, and deeply regulating — a soft landing that brings the whole journey together. * * * # **If You’re Navigating Something Heavy** If you're moving through **significant stress, instability** , or a **recent emotional rupture** , you may feel more supported in a space that’s fully dedicated to you. A **1:1 session** can offer the kind of personalised care that might serve you better right now. * * * # **Who This Is For** This session is ideal for those who want to: - release stress or tension safely - explore breathwork without overwhelm - reconnect with the body - feel supported in a gentle, grounded way - soften, regulate, and return to presence No experience is needed. | Winter Well: Ayurvedic Wisdom for the Colder Months | Sun, Nov 22, 2:00 PM UTC | Yogasara Studio, Picton Street, Montpelier, Bristol, UK | 3my7vve32mf22 | Curator | The days grow colder and darker; the trees shed their leaves, ready to hibernate for winter, yet we continue to operate as if it is still summer. When we reach the depths of winter, many of us are already running on empty, leaving us feeling depleted and more susceptible to every cough and cold doing the rounds. We’re often taught to dread winter, to see it as something to endure. But what if we approached it differently? In Ayurveda, winter can be a beautiful opportunity to slow down, nourish ourselves deeply and replenish our reserves after the busyness of the warmer months. In this two-hour workshop, we will be exploring how Ayurvedic wisdom can allow you to feel grounded and resilient through the colder season and bounce back faster if you do catch a dastardly bug. We’ll look at simple, practical ways to support your digestion, build your vitality and work _with_ the season rather than against it - from the foods we eat to the rhythms we create in our everyday lives. ~ In this workshop, we’ll explore: - **Understanding winter through the Ayurvedic lens** , including an introduction to the doshas and how your own constitution influences your experience of the season. - **Supporting digestion and Agni** , exploring its role in Ayurvedic wellbeing and how it impacts your immunity, with practical ways to nurture it through winter. - **Eating for winter,** with nourishing seasonal foods and simple Ayurvedic principles to bring into your kitchen so you feel satisfied and supported. - **Building your Ayurvedic kitchen** , with a sensory exploration of the six tastes, winter spices and a live ghee-making demonstration. - **Cultivating inner resilience** , with simple self-care rituals and daily rhythms you can start using straight away; plus how to enjoy the festive season without deprivation or guilt. Expect a warm, welcoming space, plenty of practical Ayurvedic wisdom, and simple tools to take home and weave into your everyday life. **No previous knowledge of Ayurveda is needed; just come as you are.** | |||
| Tantra Workshop | Depth over Distance | London, 1st November | Sun, Nov 1, 3:00 PM UTC | Self-Retreat Studio, Kentish Town Road, London, UK | 3my7wydteiq22 | Curator | **Join this heart opening Tantra workshop. Together we will drop the masks and ride the tantric wave towards deeper connection - through intentionality, vulnerability, ritual, curiosity and juicy embodiment. 🔥** **If you can't make this date, check out my** [**Full-Day, Women's-Only Tantric Sisterhood Workshop (15th Nov)**](https://dandelion.events/e/tantricsisterhood2) **, or** [**sign up to my newsletter**](https://mailchi.mp/4284c9c96b35/sign-up-to-ellinor-madelands-newsletter) **for updates.** - **The Workshop:** **This is a fully-clothed workshop** where we explore gentle but very powerful Tantric connection exercises. This space can still feel very intimate depending on your level of experience, **and we do explore sensuality, touch, and pleasure.** **A foundation in personal development, spiritual growth and/or meditation is important,** as sometimes challenging emotions can arise. As mentioned above, Tantra embraces the full spectrum of human experience, even the uncomfortable parts, so being able to be with these emotions matters. It's important to note that **this is Tantra, not therapy.** This workshop is not suitable for those with unresolved trauma that needs attention, or for those that are not ready to challenge/explore beliefs around gender, sensuality and spirituality. - **Here's an idea of what we will explore:** - Sharing circles - Opening a sacred container (through prayer, intention setting, meditation) - Cacao ceremony, to bring us deeper into our hearts - Tantric connection exercices: eye gazing, non-duality practice, tantric hugs, movement - Tantric polarity and devotion practices: practice surrender, presence, and honouring the divinity in each other - Energetic and physical touch: exploring different flavours of sensuality + asking and receiving - Sensual embodiment practices: release shame and embrace pleasure - Closing ceremony - **What to bring/wear:** - Water to stay hydrated. - Journal and pen. - A light snack for afterwards (optional - to help ground and fuel you) - Clothing that's comfortable for laying down and gentle movement - but that also makes you feel connected to yourself and your juiciness! 🔥 - Altar offering _(optional)._ - **A note on consent:** It matters to me that you are comfortable and feel at ease during the workshop. You never have to participate in anything you don't want to. As always, I will do my absolute best to make this workshop as welcoming, relaxed and fun as possible. This is a space to drop into exactly as you are. The more real and honest you are with yourself where you are truly at, the deeper we can listen, celebrate you, and the more you will get out of this. **\*Please note: Before the event, you will need to fill out a Google Form (this will be sent to you via email prior to the event).** **No form = no entry.** - **What is Tantra?** **Tantra is an ancient spiritual practice that originated in India** thousands of years ago. Over time, **the West adapted this practice into something often referred to as “neo tantra”,** which is its own interpretation of Tantric practice, that has many different flavours and branches, but generally focuses more on **relationships, connection, sensuality, and eros** _(neo-tantra is what most Western tantric practitioners teach, including me)._ Tantric practice is about accessing deeper love, devotion, vulnerability, intimacy, and becoming fully present. **We can't practice Tantra without opening our hearts.** Getting vulnerable and letting each other in is the only way we can truly experience the fullness of what tantric connection has to offer. **Tantra honours, celebrates, and makes room for the full-spectrum human experience,** in order for us to **fully integrate** the true nature of who we are. **This includes our sensuality, shame, shadow / darkness, joy, light, and everything in-between.** We **embrace, embody, and balance the polarity between light and dark, the masculine and feminine (Shiva/Shakti, Yin/Yang),** and **meet life with more** **love, presence, compassion and honesty.** Instead of spiritually bypassing or rejecting the shadow aspects of ourselves, Tantra helps us find deeper self-acceptance and a more honest relationship with ourselves by facing, loving, and ultimately integrating these parts of ourselves. - **Important pillars of Tantric practice:** **Ritual / Ceremony.** Ceremony and ritual are the very structure that makes surrender and deeper levels of tantric connection possible. We humbly ask something bigger than us for guidance and support, which helps us “unhook” from our individualistic ideas that _“we have to do everything on our own”_. **Through devotion practice, prayer and intention, we open up a bigger field of possibility,** and build a container strong enough to hold whatever wants to move through us. We trust that what unfolds within it is meant for us, regardless of what it brings. **Non-duality.** Part of this practice is **exploring the interconnectedness of consciousness / everything.** From this understanding, we can begin to **dissolve the illusion that we are separate from one another,** open our hearts and minds deeper, expand our compassion and awareness, and let go of the attachments to our identity and ego that creates deep suffering by keeping us separate from others. **Presence.** Tantra is what happens when there is **no goal to achieve.** When we let go of expectation and instead invite a slower pace, deeper presence, and a heart-based flow of connection, **a field of expansion opens up that allows for new dimensions of pleasure, exploration, and curiosity to take place.** **The growth edge.** Tantra invites you to gently stretch yourself by exploring the opportunities that lie just outside of your comfort zone. Real transformation lives in the “edge”, the uncharted territory, not in what is familiar or safe **. This workshop will invite you to try new things to unlock deeper self-discovery.** **In my Tantric workshops, I honour you:** your realness, your boundaries, your being-ness, your fullness. You can say no to any exercise at any time. **Come as you are - the realer, the better.** - **Tantra helps us learn how to:** - Expand our consciousness - Embrace our true, divine nature - Embrace our humanity, including our sensuality, desires, insecurities, shame, and fear - Become more vulnerable and therefore more “real” with ourselevs and others _(we stop “playing games”)_ - Increase our capacity to embody, hold, and be present with life - Have more energy, capacity for presence, and be more sensitive to others - Love _waaaay_ deeper! - Circulate energy to feel more aliveness, pleasure, and sensation - Dissolve the illusion of separation - Grow, by taking responsibility and ownership for how we show up in life - **My Tantric Principles** **After 12 years of deep immersion in Tantra, Buddhist meditation, and Shamanic practices, I have held space for a rich spectrum of human experience - from deep shadow, ego trips, suffering and pain, to blissful expansion, juicy sensuality, and powerful heart awakenings. I make room for all of it. Because this is what I have learned to be true:** - **We need to “get real” in order to go deep.** Dropping our masks, getting vulnerable, being seen in how we feel, with what we are facing… This is what opens our hearts. Growth only begins where honesty does, and first, we need to get very honest with ourselves, and practice letting people in. - **We can't grow unless we dare to “stretch” ourselves.** Real transformation lives in the “edge” and the uncharted territory, not in what is familiar or safe. This workshop will invite you to explore the opportunities that lie just outside of your comfort zone. - **We must surrender to something bigger than us.** Ceremony and ritual are not decoration, they are the very structure that makes surrender possible. Through devotion, prayer and sacred practice, we build a container strong enough to hold whatever wants to move through us. And we trust that what unfolds within it is meant for us, regardless of what it brings. - **Deep, conscious connection is only possible when we become courageous enough to stop hiding.** Until we stop playing games, drop our masks and dare to be fully seen - in our rawness, our "flaws," our vulnerability. The human experience is far more shared than we tend to think: the insecurity you're hiding is most likely sitting in 99% of the room with you. When you bring it into the light, you give everyone else permission to do the same. - **Real growth and community can only happen when we are able to lovingly witness, lovingly embrace, honestly mirror, and lovingly** _ **challenge** _ **each other.** All four are equally as important, not just the parts that feel good. - **Sacred, blissful, divine (in other words:** _ **mind-blowing** _**) unity, love, connection and intimacy is very possible.** This comes from first finally _allowing ourselves to be who we already are,_ not changing who we are. It asks for our vulnerability, courage, love, and deep commitment - to ourselves, our practice, our partners, and our community. - **Return policy:** No refunds. You may be able to swap tickets with someone else. - **About your facilitator:** Ellinor Madeland is a Swedish-born, London-based facilitator specialising in Tantra, meditation, and conscious connection. With over 11 years of immersive experience with Tantra (across different communities and expressions), she brings both hard-won wisdom and genuine warmth to the events she holds. Having encountered both the profound gifts and the real dangers that can exist within tantric communities, she offers a unique perspective that is honest, grounded and deeply considered. Her workshops are welcoming enough for beginners, and rich enough for seasoned practitioners wanting to go deeper on their path. Alongside Tantra, Ellinor has spent the last decade exploring Buddhist meditation, yoga, shamanic traditions and ceremonial work. The result is a practice that honours both ancient wisdom and modern practices, in a way that feels alive and accessible today. She is known for facilitating spaces where people feel genuinely held, and where real, lasting transformation becomes possible. - **Duration:** 4 hours_ _ **Location:** Self-Retreat Studio, Camden (Kentish Town Rd) **Testimonials from previous workshops:** **Ella** - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ _**Tantric Sisterhood Workshop (2026)**_ “You will feel wholeheartedly seen, heard, held, empowered, and contained by Ellie and the wonderful group of women who attend. I loved the spread of activities Ellie created. She nurtured and created such a safe container throughout the day, she paced it well and by the end we all really felt like sisters. Ellie, thank you for being such a gentle, safe and EXCITING introduction to tantra for me. I am mesmerised by you and how you held us. It left me wanting more and it left me feeling safe and loved by my sisters. Thank you for holding this space. I will be back.” **Natalie** - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ _**Tantric Sisterhood Workshop (2026)**_ “Ellinor radiates a magnetic light that is honestly addictive. She has an incredible ability to create a space where you feel safe enough to be vulnerable, playful, sensual, emotional and completely yourself. Her guidance felt effortless, while still giving us the freedom to explore our own creativity and boundaries. One of the most rewarding parts was watching women arrive with their own fears and insecurities and gradually become more confident, expressive and powerful through self-acceptance and sisterhood. I smiled, I cried, I danced and I felt so fucking proud of every woman who shared that experience with me.I came away with a deeper understanding of myself, but also a deeper appreciation for the women around me. I made genuine new connections that I’m incredibly grateful for, and I left feeling more open, more connected and more accepting of myself." **Eleana -** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ _**Tantric Sisterhood Workshop (2026)**_ “Ellinor held the space with such grace, love and genuine care. I initially felt a little anxious coming into the workshop, but from the moment she guided us through the grounding practice, I immediately began to soften and feel safe. Her energy is also magnetic af! And you can genuinely feel how much love and intention she pours into the spaces she creates. She is made for this kind of work. Every exercise she guided us through felt so thoughtfully chosen, creative and incredibly heart-opening. There was such a beautiful balance of depth, connection, playfulness and embodiment, and I felt completely safe to let go and immerse myself in the experience. If you’re considering attending one of Elinor’s workshops, do it. You won’t regret spending your Sunday in a space like this. I would absolutely come to another one of her events. It was such a beautiful experience, and one I’ll genuinely remember.” **Carla -** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ _**Tantric Sisterhood Workshop (2026)**_ “I really enjoyed the workshop!! Ellinor is organised, competent, warm, knows how to make people feel comfortable & safe. She creates a special experience. The group was so nice, people engaged, pushed their boundaries, we laughed, cried, played, connected and it was great!! Amazing energy!! THANK YOU ALL!! 💜 P.S. Nice venue also.” **Isobel** - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ _**Tantric Sisterhood Workshop (2026)**_ “Thank you Ellie for a beautiful day that fostered a feeling of sensual womanhood and created a safe space for women to embody their feminine energy and appreciate other women. I left feeling valued and seen and content.” **Pauline - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** _**Women's Tantra Workshop - Sisterhood, Tantra & Cacao (2026)**_ "Ellie is one of the most warm and nurturing souls I’ve ever encountered. Every time I attend one of her workshops (and I now try to make it to all of them), I leave feeling deeply held and grounded, as if embraced by Mother Earth herself! Her ability to hold space for each participant is truly exceptional - she facilitates with such grace, presence, and care, and it’s clear that every detail is thoughtfully prepared. Ellie creates an environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and gently invited to explore at their own pace, always with deep respect for personal boundaries. I can’t recommend her highly enough!!" **Jess - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** _**Women's Tantra Workshop: Sisterhood, Tantra & Cacao (2026)**_ "This is the first female-only tantra workshop I’ve been to – I cannot speak highly enough the way that Ellinor created the space for us. I entered the day feeling nervous (and giddy) and I left feeling grounded, sensual, and connected to the other women I shared the afternoon with. My intention for the space was to remain present – and what I noticed along the way was joy, connection with sisterhood, power, and pleasure in worship. I’m planning on attending her future events this summer" **Kate - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** _**Women's Tantra Workshop - Sisterhood, Tantra & Cacao (2026)**_ "The tantric sisterhood circle was such a gorgeous and restful space. There were a mix of people who were new to tantra and those who have been practicing for many years. It felt incredibly safe and supportive; this was due to Ellinor's excellent stewardship and clarity over her intentions for the space, the exercises she chose, and the respect and gentle nature of the women who attended. With every tantric exercise Ellinor made sure it was clear that we were completely free to be actively involved or simply observational depending on our current comfort level. During the sharing I genuinely felt a shared deep peace and acknowledgement with my fellow sisters, it truly was a sacred space. Thank you to all my circle sisters and to Ellinor, so much love and gratitude for each of you. x" **Palaash - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** _**Women's Tantra Workshop: Sisterhood, Tantra & Cacao (2026)**_ “Ellinor holds space with a rare combination of warmth and quiet confidence that instantly puts you at ease. There's a beautiful balance in how she guides, gentle enough to feel safe, yet nudging enough that you actually move. Her trust in herself is palpable, and somehow that becomes permission for you to trust yourself too. The program she puts together is thoughtfully sequenced . You feel yourself easing open rather than being pushed, which in these kinds of spaces makes all the difference. The dancing exercise was a particular highlight: a live, embodied way to notice where tension lives, where you hide, and where you don't. That kind of real-time self-discovery is hard to create, and she does it effortlessly. The cacao was a beautiful touch, and the women she gathered created a genuinely safe container. I came exactly as I was, and that was more than enough. If you're curious about tantra and want to explore it in a grounded, feminine, and deeply held space, I couldn't recommend Ellinor more highly." **Sarah - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** _**Women's Tantra Workshop - Sisterhood, Tantra & Cacao (2026)**_ “I felt comfortable, witnessed and present. Something shifted, now two days later and I can’t put it into words yet but it’s positive, light, encouraging & beautiful. I feel open & safe. Thank you Ellinor for such a special afternoon 💛” **Andrea - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** _**Depths of Tantra Workshop (2026)**_ “The workshop was fantastic and Ellinor was amazing in facilitating. I've been to a few Tantra events and this was by far the best. I loved how Ellinor managed to meet the needs of both couples and individual participants and create a wonderful experience for all. Thank you!” **Anon - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** _**Tantra Taster Workshop (2026).**_ “I attended Ellinor’s tantra workshop and found it to be a truly beautiful experience. She has a warm, grounded presence and a way of explaining things that feels both clear and deeply felt. I left feeling more connected, open and inspired. I’d wholeheartedly recommend her work to anyone curious about exploring this path.” **Harvinder - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** _**Tantra Taster Workshop (2026).**_ “Ellinor a vibrant soul she is, has put on an amazing tantra workshop, it was so positive and loving! I felt open and welcome and would heartily recommend this to everyone!" **Jack -** **⭐⭐⭐⭐** _**Tantra Taster Workshop (2026).**_ “I had a wonderful time at the Tantra taster day. The space felt safe and supportive, and challenging in the right way - engaging our courage to connect to ourselves and others in joyful and expressive ways. Ellinor facilitated with care, generosity and authentic interest in her subject. Exercises were thoughtful, clearly communicated and effective. The dynamics were held mindfully. I fully recommend Ellinor’s tantra events with confidence to future attendees.” **Ryeca - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** _**Tantra Taster Workshop (2026).**_ “Elinor was an open, loving human who brought that same energy into the space”. **Kate** - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ _**Taste of Tantra (2025)**_ “Ellinor is a really fantastic guide through the first layers of the topic of tantra. The container that she creates is a really beautiful and safe space where I met different souls all looking to connect for different reasons – all are accepted and welcome, with absolutely zero prejudice or expectation. She guides you to a place of exploration and deep mutual trust. I had a truly wonderful experience with her.“ **Nim** - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ _**Taste of Tantra (2025)**_ “It was a great experience. Such an experience allows someone to drop deep into themselves and forget what is going in their lives and in the outside world. The breath work was euphorically fulfilling.” **Pernille** - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “What a profound journey. Thank you for bringing us into such a deep space. I had so many visions. I went deeper and higher than I’ve been all at once. It was so profound, a really good experience. Thank you for offering it. You were so present that I felt fully immersed.” **Hendrik** - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “Thank you for doing this. This was one of the most powerful meditations and inner journeys I think I’ve ever had sober. There was so much in it. It’s crazy how much wisdom you gave me in this one hour. Thank you. This was beautiful.” **M** - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “This was a profound experience. World-blowing. Your truth felt honest and strong. The space was set in a limitless way, the way you fell into it. I had my own crazy experience sitting here. So thank you for that. You carried and held us in such a respectable manner.” **Bethany** - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “The ceremony was a beautiful opportunity to connect to myself, to ground into my body and to explore my emotions. I left feeling softer and more open.” **Malin** - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “I loved how you held the space. There were times where I was like “how does she know what to say?”. It was such a flow. I haven’t gone that deep that quick in a long time. I really enjoyed it, and I got to another level of what I already know, where I’m already going. A very important workshop. Thank you.” **P -** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “Ellinor has a beautiful, open and generous energy. Her heart opening cacao ceremony was carefully curated and every detail had been considered. The ceremonial cacao was delicious and I immediately felt my heart open and I dropped into my body which primed me wonderfully for the rest of the ceremony. The soul retrieval meditation was very powerful and Ellinor really guided us through that step by step. It was such an amazing, safe space and it was so easy to share afterwards. She even baked the most amazing apple crumble!” Please reach out to me directly with any questions. **With all my love,** Ellinor Madeland [ellinor.madeland@gmail.com](mailto:ellinor.madeland@gmail.com) | |||

| Platonic Touch Pods with Agata - The Human Mycelium Project | Sat, Nov 7, 2:00 PM UTC | Bedminster Quaker Meeting House, Wedmore Vale, Bristol, UK | 3mya5us4cho22 | Curator | ### Platonic Touch Pods with Agata - Human Mycelium Project A guided wellbeing practice of human interconnectedness through mindful, therapeutic touch, with consent and boundaries, in a safe, trauma-informed environment. This workshop is based on a mindful practice of radical presence - finding and deepening of the loving presence with oneself and others. It will be run as small groups so that everyone gets the same amount of attention. Fully clothed, platonic, and boundaried. Explore what feels right for you and the others, through gentle enquiry and authentic communication. No experience is needed, and a commitment to protecting the safe space for all is essential. Willingness to explore and a capacity for self-regulation is also important to us all. Agreements will be made together at the start of the session. **More about me and the reasons I have created The Human Mycelium Project:** My love story with nurturing touch started with being born into a tactile family: woken up for school with a little back massage, and a profusion of cuddles, love and hugs as daily life. I liked to massage people’s faces whenever the opportunity presented itself, so unsurprisingly I trained as a Facial Reflexologist and massage therapist, then added clinical hypnotherapy, NLP master practitioner, Hatha and Yoga Nidra, and Pranayama breathing techniques to my portfolio. Along the teenage years I lost my footing; my undiagnosed ADHD combusted at puberty, with disastrous consequences. In recovery since 1988, so decades of learning authenticity via radical honesty, getting to know myself and letting myself be known, learning vulnerability, and living in service to a higher good for all. I now see my lived experience of recovery from multiple addictions as an ongoing process and a rich resource. My addictions featured entrenched habits of self-loathing, low self-esteem, a delinquent ego and body dysmorphia. At 35, after a tough divorce, I concluded I was unlovable. I knew the solutions in cognitive, even spiritual ways, but was stuck inside a dysregulated nervous system, in burnout, craving the sense of being held in safety. Finally, I found the Human Awareness Institute (HAI). My hyper-stressed body-mind was ready for safe, nourishing touch; and a deeper-than-skin, somatic journey to reclaim myself from within. And I re-discovered play, spending the next five years at progressive workshops through the 5 levels, each an immersive residential with community days and reunions. It changed my life. This [video introduction to HAI workshops](https://youtu.be/sYg_MbqjqbA) shows interviews with the teachers I had the privilege to learn from, and gives a flavour of what inspires me. More information and [testimonials are here](https://www1.hai.org/testimonials/). I have done so many workshops, residentials and modalities over the decades that I cannot credit them all, I wish I could! A few years ago, after a compound effect of various losses, I attended a workshop run by [Treasure](https://dandelion.events/u/treasure) of [Embrace Connection](https://dandelion.events/o/embraceconnection). It re-awakened my commitment to platonic touch as a resource to be shared. I have been Treasure’s helper at the Cuddle Corner at ecstatic dance events ever since, and a crew member with [Osara](https://dandelion.events/u/osarasound) and the [ACE Collective](https://dandelion.events/search?q=ACE+Collective+). Top-ups of cuddles at movie nights at [DE-E’s Space](https://dandelion.events/o/dees-space/events) have also been nourishing and fun! As a serial and serious tree hugger, I have called my work “human mycelium” because I imagine each of us as a tree in the forest of humankind: interconnected in visible and invisible ways, interdependent, magnificent, together yet needing our own space and sunshine to thrive and grow into our full potential. I design my workshops to incorporate nature and its energy, and to include practices of taking responsibility for our own energy, so we become more intentional. The Human Mycelium Project is my offering to all those who need a somatic breakthrough, or a top-up on their healing journey. This is my calling, my gift to share. |

| Beneath Trauma, You Remain. Meetup for the Broken | Sun, Oct 25, 1:00 PM UTC | Kettle and Krust Cafe, Bengaluru | 3my6joauin622 | Curator | The world told you to stay quiet. To smile wider.

Designed for anyone that wants to improve how they communicate and relate with themselves and others, and develop listening and interpersonal skills that can be applied in both personal and professional contexts. _ **\*Spaces are limited to 12 participants so we will have time for interactivity and co-learning.** _ **\*** > It was a great mix of learning about new concepts and then practically getting to try them out in a very welcoming safe space. > > Jessica designed the course wonderfully. It was very well thought out. We moved from each module with ease. The additional course material in the follow-up emails offered so much more information on the topics covered, and was very helpful for further context into what we were learning. > > **- Feedback from previous Learning Journey participant** We will co-inquire into different aspects essential for listening well and improving listening skills, including: - **Intention** - Get clear on the intentions we bring when we prepare ourselves to listen to someone. - **Need or purpose** - Explore the qualities of listening and response required by the person we are listening to. - **Conditions** - Identify what conditions enable or prevent us from listening well. - **Whole-body listening** - Understand how our emotions impact our feelings, thoughts and actions, often creating habitual ways of listening and thinking. - **Judgements & Assumptions** - Learn to suspend judgement, in order to listen beyond labels and preconceptions and acknowledge assumptions and biases. - **Curiosity** - Cultivate the qualities of openness and receptivity that support non-judgement and the practice of co-inquiry. - **Critical, creative and systemic thinking** - Improve thinking skills by listening to understand and value diverse perspectives improve self-awareness. The sessions will take place on Zoom, and are designed to be participatory, including the use of breakouts for partner and small group activities. All sessions will be recorded and made available to participants. Additionally, an activity resource will also be shared with participants, to help deepen the experience. On completion of the Learning Journey, participants will be invited to a quarterly online meeting to reconnect to the practices covered, and share experiences and reflections. * * * #### _ **Early registrants will be invited to two 45 minute bonus sessions on November 25th and December 9th 7:00pm - 7:45pm, where we will explore some of the creative activities in the Learning Journey resource.** _ * * * ### Session outline - Session 1 - **Listening to self** , Wednesday 13th January, 7pm - 9pm - Session 2 - **Listening to others** , Wednesday 20th January, 7pm - 9pm - Session 3 - **Listening to the group** , Wednesday 27th January, 7pm - 9pm - Session 4 - **Group dialogue - putting the skills into practice** , Wednesday 3rd February, 7pm - 9pm > Great combination of online group discussions, breakout rooms and Jessica's presentation. This varied levels of involvement made for a very engaging learning experience. > > Very valuable 4-week course which has helped further my understanding of dialogue and interpersonal communication in general. Highly recommended. > > **- Feedback from previous Learning Journey participant** ### Further resources - 3 modes of listening in a dialogue, explainer video [https://youtu.be/9s58q-V5\_g4?si=X\_V1K9czdlrXHaR9](https://youtu.be/9s58q-V5_g4?si=X_V1K9czdlrXHaR9) - 3 modes of listening in a dialogue, blog [https://www.creatingmeaning.club/blog-1-copy-1/the-3-ways-we-listen-in-bohm-dialogue](https://www.creatingmeaning.club/blog-1-copy-1/the-3-ways-we-listen-in-bohm-dialogue) - Bohm Dialogue and the Body, video podcast [https://youtu.be/jNy7SONyiq4?si=XSMXRAAtGEzixLAr](https://youtu.be/jNy7SONyiq4?si=XSMXRAAtGEzixLAr) - \*Active Listening Statistics [https://gitnux.org/active-listening-statistics/](https://gitnux.org/active-listening-statistics/) **A note on pricing** I believe that the world urgently needs more dialogue, and that the experience and skills of dialogue should be accessible to anyone.
