"description": "### **A space to move, release, and connect.**\n\nThursday Expressions is a weekly Expressive Movement practice for you to move freely, release, reconnect, and dance in community. \n\nGuided by Movement Therapist and EM Founder, **Sian Palmer** , each session follows a curated movement wave supported by a bespoke DJ’d music journey. There are **no steps to learn and no choreography to follow**. Instead, the class is guided in a way that encourages intuitive movement, creative expression, and nervous system regulation through music and movement.\n\n \n\n### **What to expect**\n\n- Guided expressive movement journey\n- Music-led exploration and release\n- Space for intuitive and creative movement\n- A supportive, non-judgmental environment\n\n \n\n### **Who is this for**\n\nThe space welcomes all bodies and all levels of experience.\n\nWhether you are new to movement meditation or already exploring embodied practices, this space is welcoming and accessible.\n\nExpressive Movement has been gathering dancers since 2009, creating spaces where people can arrive as they are and leave feeling more grounded, alive, and connected.",
