"description": "**Flourish: Tantric Keys for Happiness **\n\n_ **A 4-part workshop for women** _\n\nJoin us :) \nBook via https://tarayogacentre.co.uk/events\n\n_What do we need in life to be happy? What would it take to feel fully at home in yourself as a woman?_\n\nHappiness is a journey of discovery rather than a far-away destination. When we are happy, we blossom. Everything and everyone around us begin to blossom too. The ancient system of Tantra holds keys to a happiness that is available in every moment. The Tantrics refer to life as a playground for learning where the everyday ordinary experiences become sublime.\n\nAcross four workshops we will work with four core attitudes, one per session:\n\n**Nourishment** : finding the sweet spot between giving and receiving \n**Sensuality** : coming back into your senses and feeling the erotic nature of your body \n**Courage** : acting from what you want rather than from what you fear \n**Wonder** : meeting the familiar as if for the first time\n\n_Each workshop balances and deepens an area of life that is often left on autopilot. Each session will give you something practical to take home. _\n\nTogether we will go on a journey, exploring the deepest corners of the heart in a safe and nourishing space. The four sessions build on one another, and each also stands on its own, so come to all four or come to one. Bring a notebook, an open heart, and, if you wish, a friend.\n\n_There are no explicit sexual interactions, and there’s no obligation to participate in the exercises. _\n\n \n\n**Postponed: the series now starts on Saturday 24th October.**\n\nSchedule of the series:\n\n**Part 1: Nourish through Love / Come home to your body: 24th October 11am-1pm ** \nThere is a warmth every one of us longs for: the boundless, nourishing love of a mother. It gives without measure and asks for nothing in return. And it is already alive in you, waiting to be awakened. Discover how the intimate art of truly caring, for yourself and for each other, can become an overflowing source of joy and a beautiful journey of coming home to yourself.\n\n**Part 2: Savour the pleasures of life / Savour the sweetness of life: 7th November 11am-1pm** \nThe art of savouring all the delights of life is not always easy, yet it lives innately in every woman. What would change if you allowed yourself to enjoy it completely, squeezing the fruit and drinking its sweetness without holding back? To surrender and dive into an ocean of pleasure: this is not indulgence, it is a deep need waiting to be practised. Come and discover the sweetness of life, and the pure joy of tasting it fully.\n\n**Part 3: Own your feminine power: 21st November 11am-1pm** \nWhat is it to truly know and own your feminine power? This workshop is about the courage to be happy, which is far bolder than it sounds. The courage to choose your own joy and to stand in the light of what you actually are. The courage to want what you really want, to aim as high as your heart asks, and to arrive. A woman who dares this is a woman who is free. Join us and discover the tantric keys that carry you from knowing your power to living it.\n\n**Part 4: See the sacred in the everyday / Wake up to wonder: date TBC** \nLife can seem like a rollercoaster, so how can we be happy through it all? Happiness is not for the chosen few. It is ours to choose. And when you begin to see the sacredness and the magic in life, everything that comes to you reveals itself as a gift. Life becomes sanctified. Come and rediscover the wonder, and the magic that lives in you and all around you.\n\n \n\n**What you will gain: ** \n-Practical tools and techniques \nConcrete practices you can use from the next morning, not ideas you will admire and forget. \\_Nourishing time among women \n-Four Saturday mornings in a circle where nothing is expected of you, nothing is compared, and nothing has to be performed. For many women this alone is worth the series. \n-Teaching from women who have walked the path \nEvery teacher at Tara has a minimum of seven years of yogic and tantric training and practice behind them. You are receiving a living tradition from women who have actually lived it, not a summary of a book. _Permission_ To enjoy, to want, to rest, to aim high, to be happy without apologising for it. Sounds small on a page. It is usually what women say changed the most. \n \n**Who is it for? ** \n-You want a life that feels full, not just busy. \nYou are doing everything you are supposed to be doing, and something in you is still asking a bigger question. \n-You are tired of running on stress. You would like to meet your days with calm instead of adrenaline, and to stop carrying the whole week in your shoulders. \n-You want practical tools, not theory. Methods you can actually use on a Tuesday morning: at work, at home, in the middle of a difficult conversation. \n-You want to love the people in your life better. As a friend, a sister, a daughter, a partner, a mother, a colleague. Not by giving more of yourself away, but by having more to give. \n-You are searching, and you have not found the answers yet. You sense there is a deeper knowledge behind all of this, and you want to meet it in a form you can practise rather than only read about. \n-You long for the company of women. You are looking for a circle where you can be honest, be seen and be supported, with no competition and nothing to perform. \n-You are curious, and that is enough. No previous experience of yoga or Tantra is required. No belief is required either. Bring your curiosity and your questions. \n-You are already working on yourself, and you want to go further and deeper. \nYou read, you reflect, you have done the courses and the apps. Now you want something with real depth behind it, and a practice that keeps giving for years rather than weeks.\n\nJoin us :) \nBook via https://tarayogacentre.co.uk/events",
