"description": "**Retreat to Remember** is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and into a space of presence, connection, ceremony and community.\n\nAs the trees release their leaves, we too are invited to soften our grip on what no longer belongs, to gather the wisdom of the year, and to return to the quiet place within ourselves where clarity, wholeness and belonging can be found.\n\nThis Autumnal retreat is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, reconnect with nature, and remember who you are beneath the layers of conditioning, expectation and endless doing.\n\nThis three-day retreat offers the opportunity to turn inwards and reconnect with nature and your own inner wisdom and innate healing intelligence. We believe that healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering what has always been true beneath the layers of fear, conditioning and life's experiences. Beneath those layers lies a whole, resilient and deeply wise part of you. This retreat is an invitation to meet yourself with compassion and curiosity, and remember who you are at the core of your being.\n\nSet within the peaceful grounds of a beautiful Georgian mansion in Wimborne, Dorset, whose values are to be a spiritual sanctuary for all. From the front door, you can stroll to the thousand year-old ‘dead and alive’ Chestnut Tree in the parkland beyond the lake, down through ancient Ashton Wood to ‘Starhenge’ – a millennial peace garden – to the arboretum in Lewens Park, to the Roundhouse, Labyrinth, and Fire-Pit at the far end of the lawn, and discover the walled ‘secret’ herb and vegetable gardens.\n\nThroughout the weekend, we will journey together through a carefully held programme of practices designed to support deep reflection, emotional healing and connection to yourself, others, the natural and spiritual world.\n\nTogether we will share:\n\n- Sacred ceremony held with reverence and guided by live medicine music\n- Conscious connected breathwork\n- Meditation and gentle movement practices\n- Sound healing\n- Fire circles beneath the autumn sky\n- Time in nature and the beautiful grounds of the Estate\n- Nourishing community, heartfelt sharing and integration\n- Healthy food with seasonal organic vegetables grown in the garden\n\nEvery element of the retreat has been woven together to create a safe, supportive container where you can explore your inner landscape at your own pace.\n\nWhether you are seeking clarity, healing, connection, or simply space to listen more deeply to yourself, you will be welcomed exactly as you are. There is no expectation to become anything, nothing is obligatory; there is only an invitation to remember.\n\n**Price:**\n\n**£650** - shared room of 2-4 people with shared bathroom\n\n**£800** - private room with shared bathroom\n\n**£950** - private room with ensuite\n\n£200 deposit required to secure your space, payment plans available.\n\nPrices include:\n\n- All food and refreshments\n- Accommodation in the vast and peaceful Georgian Estate\n- Full programme of practices listed above\n- 1-1 preparation and integration sessions\n- Group preparation and integration sessions\n- Additional resources\n\nPlease note: Contraindications apply. We will be in touch once you have registered your interest to ask you to complete a medical screening form and arrange a connection call with you.\n\nIf you have any questions, please give me a call on 07584 287 779\n\n \n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/07/16/09/59/10/6f8127c1-9aa9-450d-9c2e-9632107fe3fe/2026-02-25-2.jpg)\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/07/16/09/59/09/516bc854-943b-4a03-9d1b-5b470ef3628f/2026-02-25-3.jpg)\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/07/16/09/59/09/f15d31da-eab6-41be-8fd9-3db39b7fee71/2026-02-25-4.jpg)\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/07/16/09/59/09/f4f22e03-bb41-4ef3-a7ca-9f71472ea3a0/2026-02-25-5.jpg)\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/07/16/09/59/09/00c2d18a-aad3-41ad-8a3b-96915ed52b01/2026-02-25-6.jpg)\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/07/16/09/59/04/e6bf455e-2f01-4fbe-aff6-e221d1ef1c7f/images.jpeg)",
