"description": "Your breath was the first thing you did when you arrived on this Earth. And it has been with you every single moment since. Yet most of us have forgotten how to actually use it.\n\nYou know that feeling when your chest is permanently tight and you cannot remember the last time you took a proper deep breath? When anxiety wakes you up at 3am and your mind will not stop? When you are so burned out you cannot feel anything anymore, not joy, not excitement, not even rest? When you have tried therapy, journaling, meditation, and something still feels stuck?\n\nThat is your nervous system asking for something different.\n\nBreathwork is one of the most direct and powerful ways to shift how you feel. Not because it is complicated. Because the breath responds immediately. One session can move what has been sitting in your body for months, sometimes years.\n\nI am Natalia, founder of Luv Yourself Space and creator of the PRISM™ Method, an internationally accredited approach to breathwork, Kundalini Activation and Non-Duality recognised by IPHM, the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine. This is not woo woo. This is science meeting energy.\n\n \n\nDuring a session we move through conscious connected breathing with somatic awareness and nervous system attunement. No pushing, no forcing. Just a return to what has always been yours. Optional energy work may be introduced when the body calls for it, always with care and presence.\n\n**Why people come:**\n\n- To finally sleep properly after months of lying awake with a racing mind.\n- To release the grief, anger or sadness they have been carrying around for so long it started to feel normal.\n- To feel present with their children instead of just going through the motions.\n- To get off antidepressants with proper support and a natural alternative.\n- To stop the constant mental chatter and feel some peace.\n- To reconnect with their body after trauma, burnout or a season of just surviving.\n- To feel something again after feeling numb for too long.\n\n**What you may experience:**\n\nMore clarity and presence. Deeper rest and renewed energy. Emotional release and softness. A nervous system that finally stops bracing. Heightened intuition and inner alignment.\n\nYou do not need any experience. Breath is not something you need to learn. It is something you remember.\n\nCome as you are. Your breath will guide the rest.\n\nWith luv, Natalia\n\n \n\n_PRISM™ Method is accredited by IPHM. Natalia Bareikis is a registered IPHM practitioner._",
