"description": "# Pancha Kosha Breathwork & Cacao Ceremony\n\nJoin us for a deeply nourishing journey into the Pancha Kosha, **the five layers of our being** : physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual. This gathering offers a sacred moment to plant seeds of renewal, awaken inspiration, and meet yourself more fully in every dimension of self.\n\nWe will begin with a ceremonial cup of cacao, a heart-opening plant medicine that helps us soften, connect, and drop into the wisdom of the body. From there, you will be guided through a breathwork journey that gently and profoundly touches each kosha.\n\n### **Sacred Cacao Ceremony:**\n\n**Grounding** anchors you into the body, creating a steady foundation for inner work. \n**Clarity** quiets mental noise and supports clear intention setting. \n**Openness** softens the heart, allowing deeper emotional release and connection. \n**Flow** awakens subtle energy and enhances the breathwork journey. \n**Connection** deepens your relationship with your higher self, the group, and universal love.\n\n### **The 5 Koshas:**\n\n**Physical** – grounding in the body and releasing tension \n**Mental** – quieting the mind and creating clarity \n**Emotional** – opening space for feeling, expression, and release \n**Energetic** – awakening life force and balancing inner flow \n**Spiritual** – connecting with your highest self and the presence of universal love\n\nThe breath becomes a bridge between these layers, supporting you in listening deeply, letting go of what no longer serves, and welcoming the visions you are ready to manifest.\n\nWe will close our circle with integration and optional sharing.\n\nThis is your invitation to slow down, listen within, and rediscover the wholeness that has always lived inside you.\n\n~~~\n\n#### **Important Health & Safety Considerations:**\n\nBreathwork can be a deeply transformative practice, but it may not be suitable for everyone.\n\nThis session is not recommended for individuals who:\n\n❌ Are pregnant \n❌ Have a history of epilepsy or seizures \n❌ Experience severe asthma or other respiratory conditions \n❌ Have cardiovascular issues, including high blood pressure not controlled by medication \n❌ Have a history of strokes or neurological conditions \n❌ Experience severe mental health conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or psychosis \n❌ Have undergone recent surgery or suffer from any condition that could be aggravated by intense breathing\n\nIf you have any concerns regarding your health, please consult a medical professional before participating.\n\nYour safety and well-being are our priority.\n\nThis session is an invitation to harness nature’s wisdom, awaken your inner energy, and step into greater harmony with yourself.\n\nAre you ready to breathe life into transformation? No previous experience needed.\n\n#### **ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS **\n\nEwelina - **@breathwork\\_genie**\n\nAs a yoga and breathwork teacher since 2021, I’ve mastered the art of helping people breathe—literally and figuratively. Whether it’s through soulful women’s circles, yoga retreats, or one-to-one sessions that sometimes feel like a mix of therapy and magic, I create spaces for profound transformation.\n\nBreathwork isn’t just about relaxation; it’s a game-changer. It’s the secret weapon for making big decisions, staying laser-focused, and breaking through those invisible walls that hold you back. A single intentional breath can shift your perspective, reset your energy, and bring clarity when life feels overwhelming.\n\nWith a Breath Master certification in my toolkit and psychology studies fuelling my curiosity, I know a thing or two about how minds (and tantrums—thanks to motherhood) work. As a crisis line volunteer, I’ve also learned that sometimes, all we really need is someone who listens without suggesting yoga for everything 😉\n\nLet’s laugh, breathe, and maybe cry a little—transformation can be beautiful and messy, just like life.\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2025/03/31/10/36/48/679e2831-a464-436b-a0ad-7983a4d7f9bf/WhatsApp Image 2025-03-26 at 21.07.38_d08cc8f3.jpg)\n\n**Anaïs - @unfurling.alchemy **\n\nAnaïs is a multifaceted Space Holder, Rahanni Energy Healer, and Cacao Ceremonialist. With her Sun in Virgo and Moon in Pisces her offerings are blending practicality with intuition on a soulful journey of healing and connection. \n\nAnaïs believes in infusing ritual and ceremony into community spaces to support collective healing. She draws spiritual guidance from her deep connection with plant allies like rose, blue lotus, mugwort, and cacao.\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2024/06/06/08/45/53/a92d601f-481d-40c5-b23c-160240a39a70/Ana%20rectangle.jpg)\n\n—\n\n**THINGS TO NOTE:**\n\nAlthough this work can offer therapeutic benefits, it is not intended to replace or serve as a substitute for therapy or medical advice. \n\n**ACCESS:** We do our best to include everyone in our events, regardless of health circumstances.
