"description": "**The Woman Behind the Witch**\n\n**Remember the Wild Wisdom Within**\n\nThis Samhain, join us at Sacred Haven for an intimate day retreat of nature, creativity, ritual, good food and connection.\n\nTogether we’ll look beyond the fearful image of the witch to rediscover the woman beneath — grounded, intuitive, deeply connected to herself, to nature and to the changing seasons.\n\nSamhain marks a natural turning point in the year: a time when the earth begins to quieten, the nights draw in and we are invited to turn inward too. Throughout the day, we’ll journey through the four elements of **Fire, Earth, Air and Water** , using each one as a different way to reconnect with ourselves and the world around us.\n\n🔥 **Fire — Remember Your Truth** \nExplore the stories and conditioning that can disconnect us from who we really are, using movement and ritual to reconnect with your own truth.\n\n🌿 **Earth — Rediscover the Magic** \nSlow down and reconnect with the natural world through meditation, time outdoors and creating your own spell jar using natural treasures and talismans.\n\n🍂 **The Harvest Table** \nCome together to enjoy a warming seasonal lunch, included in your day.\n\n🌬 **Air — Shape Your Story** \nExplore the power of our thoughts, words and intentions before creating a personal spell to carry forward with you.\n\n💧 **Water — Beneath the Surface** \nSettle in for a deep guided subconscious journey to release what you are ready to leave behind and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have become hidden.\n\n✨ **Closing Circle** \nWe’ll finish the day together with time for reflection, connection and a tarot card for guidance as we move into the darker season.\n\nYou don’t need to identify as a witch or have any particular spiritual beliefs to take part. This is simply an invitation to explore the woman behind the old stories and remember some of the natural, instinctive wisdom within yourself.\n\n**Friday 31st October | 10:30am–4:30pm** \n**Sacred Haven, 6 Blenheim Mews, Minehead** \n**£45 Early Bird | £55 Full Price**\n\nSeasonal lunch and all materials are included. Places are intentionally limited to keep the group small and intimate.",
