"description": "A gentle morning of yoga, breath work and meditation for people in recovery, aligned with Steps 3 and 11, as written by Bill W. We'll have some sharing in small groups and as one group. We will move, settle , reflect and practise letting go and quietening the mind. \n\n**You will get most of this workshop if** you have already worked through the 12 steps with a sponsor, or in a a peer study group. I will not be going through all 12 steps in this session, so you might be missing vital parts of the recovery process, but if you are are seeking to find, maintain, deepen your spiritual connection, this is a workshop for you.\n\nLet me know any mobility issues before the class - all bodies are welcome.\n\nContributions needed to cover the hall hire. Anything left over goes to the Bristol and District Intergroup pot,\n\n### Later the same day\n\n- [Mini-Retreat: Yoga for Creative Souls Inside Tense Bodies (14:00)](https://dandelion.events/e/apminiretreat24oct26)\n- [Creative Writing (17:00)](https://dandelion.events/e/apcrreative2oct26)\n\n### Directions\n\n[https://maps.app.goo.gl/jHM8hu18mdAnSpuM9](https://maps.app.goo.gl/jHM8hu18mdAnSpuM9)\n\nEntrance to the **Small Hall** via Greenwood Road, it is the hall **behind** the main building, with **FREE** parking.\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/10/05/20/28/41/2a038040-36ab-41de-8bc9-454aa70934f7/a4fb704a-9e3c-4b7f-a824-2f9ddc92ca1f.jpeg)\n_Location of venue_\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/10/05/20/46/59/852ece33-57b2-4569-a614-81f2545ca8e6/447a04e8-b6a3-4c3e-9417-d85082bd4180.jpeg)\n_Entrance to car park_",
