"description": "# **Your North Star Retreat**\n\n### Release. Root. Remember.\n\n**Your North Star is that deep inner knowing inside all of us** , the guiding light of the soul’s journey. It leads you onward, an inbuilt compass, helping you to find your exact path no matter the noise of daily life and the turbulence that we all experience from time to time.\n\nThis retreat exists to bring you back into connection with your north star, **so that you can find your way back to yourself** however confusing, difficult or dark the night has become.\n\n**We’re holding it within the Samhain (or Hallowe’en) portal**, the point on the wheel of the year when the veil thins between the seen and unseen, who you’ve been and who you’re already becoming. **In this portal, the ancestors of your own lineage and the ancestors of the land itself are closer** , easier to feel, easier to be held by, as you find your way back to your innermost compass.\n\n**There’s a rewilding in this too.** Our collective unconscious holds the dreaming of living nature’s cycle. **We invite you to consciously reconnect** , remembering that you were never apart from nature, only distracted out of it. We will share a return to the subtle art of listening, to the land underfoot, to your own lineage, to the parts of you that already know before your mind catches up.\n\n### **Release. Root. Remember.**\n\nSomething in you already knows what’s ready to be let go.\n\nThis is the chance to step out of the noise and into something held, something sacred.\n\n_ **Release what no longer serves you. Root back into where you come from. Remember what’s calling you next.** _\n\n## **What’s included**\n\n**Ceremony** \nSkilfully led ceremonies to help you reconnect to yourself, to your ancestors and to the land.\n\n**Coaching** \nSpace to explore where you are, what you’re ready to release and what is calling you forward.\n\n**Nature & rewilding** \nTime to step out of the rush of modern life and back into relationship with the natural world.\n\n**Reflection & inner listening** \nQuiet space to slow down and hear what’s beneath the noise.\n\n**Circle** \nA small gathering of women, each walking her own threshold, held in warmth, honesty and connection.\n\n \n\n### Booking\n\nBook your space here: [https://joannesumner.com/product/cotswold-yoga-retreat/](https://joannesumner.com/product/cotswold-yoga-retreat/)",
