"description": "A gorgeously feminine ceremony. Cacao and get your tits out. You know if you need this ceremony because it instantly makes you feel nervous.\n\nA slow dis-armouring in the presence of Cacao. Let her ease your nerves and self deprecating stories to connect in Sisterhood. Notice how easeful and natural it feels. Let the old stories flake away and the liberation in.\n\nSharing intentions, pulling cards, drinking Cacao, exploring de-armouring, exposing what is true for us, meditation, sitting with stories and emotions, sharing of wisdom and experience, conscious re-armouring, close.\n\nScarfs will be provided so those that want a slower reveal or to maintain privacy. You can have the sensation of liberation without the feeling of over exposure.\n\n**What to bring and prepare:** \nTry not to eat 2 hours before coming as the less in your stomach the more Cacao can work.\n\n- Favourite Mug\n- Intentions for cacao\n- Easily removable top (separates recommended so you're not fully naked)\n- Open mind and your loving self\n- Journal + pen\n- Water\n- Something sentimental to charge on the alter (necklace, bracelet, treasured possession.)\n- Something to offer to the alter (flower, fruit, rocks)\n\n#### **Things to note about yourself and Cacao**\n\nCacao is a powerful yet **very** gentle plant medicine **however** if you have **high blood pressure, heart issues** , are **allergic** to chocolate, are **pregnant** , are prone to **severe anxiety** or are on **antidepressants** , that you please **notify me** accordingly as it is advised that you do not consume a full ceremonial dose of cacao under these circumstances.\n\nIf you still drink **coffee** with any of these conditions you will be **completely fine** , but please make yourself **known** to me via email or before we start ceremony so I can dose accordingly.\n\nThose on **SSRI's** **must** let me know as the serotonin triggered by the cacao could cause you a **headache** if given the **full** dose.\n\nCacao is a **very safe** medicine to work with, the worst side effects can be very mild discomfort (as she works through energy blockages) and a headache, this can all be avoided by listening to your body and drinking as much as your feel is **right for you**.",
