"description": "An invitation to slow down, soften, and return inward.\n\nThis immersive evening weaves together alchemy crystal singing bowls, rose tea, — a gentle meeting of sound, plant medicine, and presence.\n\n**Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls & Multi Instrument **\n\nThis session will weave together Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls with a carefully selected range of therapeutic sound instruments, creating a slow and spacious journey through layers of tone, texture and vibration.\n\nThe bowls, made from 99.99% pure quartz and infused with precious metals and minerals, bring rich harmonic qualities, while grounding drones, gentle chimes and other instruments add depth and movement throughout the session.\n\nThe sound unfolds slowly and spaciously, with plenty of silence in between — inviting you to soften, settle and reconnect with yourself without needing to do anything.\n\n### Mugwort Tea\n\nThis evening we'll be sharing a mugwort tea before our sound journey.\n\nKnown as the **\"dream herb,\"** mugwort has been used for centuries in herbal traditions across Europe and Asia. Traditionally it has been enjoyed to support vivid dreaming, intuition, meditation and altered states of awareness. Many cultures have used mugwort in rituals, visioning practices and ceremonies as an ally for inner exploration, insight and connecting more deeply with the unconscious.\n\n**Please avoid the mugwort tea if you:**\n\n- Are pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding.\n- Have an allergy to mugwort or plants in the daisy (Asteraceae) family, including ragweed, chamomile, daisies, chrysanthemums or marigolds.\n- Have a history of epilepsy or seizures.\n- Have been advised by your healthcare professional to avoid herbal products because of a medical condition or medication.\n\nIf any of the above applies to you, or if you'd simply prefer not to drink the mugwort tea, please let Harry know before we begin and I'll happily provide an alternative herbal tea.\n\nAs with all plant allies, the invitation is simply to notice your own experience with curiosity. There is nothing you need to achieve—just an opportunity to slow down, soften and explore whatever unfolds.\n\n**🌹 Before You Attend – Contraindications (Sound)**\n\nThis sound bath may not be suitable for:\n\n- Anyone with a pacemaker\n- Anyone with a cochlear implant\n- Those in the first trimester of pregnancy\n- Anyone with epilepsy or seizures triggered by sound or vibration\n\nPlease check in with me before booking if you have a history of:\n\n- Sound sensitivity\n- Migraines\n- Severe tinnitus\n- Any medical condition where vibrational sound has been advised against\n\nIf you’re sensitive to sound or experience tinnitus, you’re welcome to bring earplugs — you’ll still receive the benefits of the vibrational field.\n\nPlease arrive hydrated and on a light stomach for the most comfortable experience.\n\n**🧘‍♂️ What to Bring**\n\n- Yoga mat (essential)\n- Blanket (one for the floor and one to cover yourself — warmth matters)\n- Pillow\n- Eye mask (optional)\n\n**📍 Venue**\n\n[St Michael’s Church](chatgpt://generic-entity?number=0)\n\nGeorge Leigh Street, Ancoats\n\n**⏰ Time**\n\n6:10pm – 7:10pm\n\n**Exchange**\n\n£17 / £15 (Ancoats residents)\n\n**🌟 Booking** \n \n\nPlaces are limited and this event is non-refundable.\n\nFor bookings or private breathwork / sound sessions, WhatsApp me:\n\n[07777 629 432](tel:07777 629 432)\n\nLet’s breathe, rest, and ground together. 💫",
