Full name: coop.lexicon.draft.verdict
A moderation judgement on one version of an event or place, such as spam or obscene. A version with a trusted verdict is left out of the curated record, and readers hide a curated record whose every version has one.
A rule the commons root trusts to judge, today the features rule, in its own repo.
The source record it judges, at the version it judged.
