A community-profile sidecar to app.bsky.actor.profile.
Holds RegenOS community fields. Public contact channels are NOT here, they dissolved into publicly-placed pub.techne.draft.contactChannel records (same-shape; a channel marked public is placed on the firehose). Record key rule: self is the one canonical PUBLIC profile. Any other key is a contextual profile, and its rkey is the canonical DID of the collective it is for; it is placed only in the author's pub.techne.draft.space.circle space keyed by that same DID. Readers that mean the public profile read rkey self only, and readers ignore a non-self key outside that space.
