Composition over extension, never modifies the borrowed event. Placement follows the event (public event => firehose; permissioned event => the event's invite space; a beacon's anchor event => the lighter's space.beacon); never a body field. Keyed {rkey}-cfg in the event's own repo, where {rkey} is the event's key: the seat engine reads a public config only at that key.
