A CONTENT record, it names no subject and confers NO status and NO access, ever. The record's at-uri IS the manifest's client-side id (assigned at save), so the body carries no id field. Provenance: RepoOwner (the author's own manifest). Default placement: PUBLIC (the author's repo), publishing is the 'run your own version' promise; evidence only ever materializes at evaluation time, scoped to the evaluating viewer's own claims. forkedFrom carries fork provenance for a variant.
