An old link from an almanac record to its source, kept only so existing ones stay readable.

CUT: no new writer. Sources publish under one DID per source with rkeys derived from the source key, so a source record is its own reference; licence credit for new records comes from pub.techne.draft.source attributions. Readers keep accepting existing sourceRef records only for the frozen old almanac DID's records, and this lexicon is removed with them (X1).
