"description": "# **EVENT\n**\n\n## Wilderness First Aid Training\n\nA two-day introduction to general medical concepts and basic life support skills. This course is targeted to the outdoor enthusiast on day trips or short adventures.\n\n## Please Bring\n\nSnacks, lunch and appropriate clothing and layers for outdoor instruction.\n\n## The Details\n\nAdvanced riders ride A LOT. They go further, faster, and bigger. The stoke factor is high, along with the risks. If most of your days are spent on your bike, you owe it to your friends, and to yourself, to know what to do when things go wrong. If you ride in the backcountry, and like to get away from the rat race, your first aid training needs to match your adventure.\n\n**Date:** Saturday, October 24  and Sunday, October 25\n**Time:** 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.\n**Location:** Boulder Rural Fire Rescue, 6230 Lookout Rd, Boulder, 80301\n**Cost:** $250 (includes $50 discount for BMA members)\n\n- This course is taught by [Colorado Outside](https://coloradooutside.com/) instructor Darren Stokes and is offered in partnership with Wilderness Medical Associates International. WFA certifications are valid for three years.\n- Refunds minus a 7% processing fee are allowed until October 20, 2026. Please email [email removed].\n- Minimum age is 18. 16 and 17 year olds may attend with a Parent/Guardian who is also registered.\n\n\"\\*\" indicates required fields\n\nCompany\n\nThis field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.\n\nName\\*\n\nFirst Last\n\nEmail\\*\n\nBilling Address\\*\n\nStreet Address Address Line 2 City State ZIP Code\n\nThis field is hidden when viewing the form\n\nRegistration Fee\\*\n\n$250.00 (12 spots left)\n\nRegistration Fee (one registration per participant, please)\n\nDiscount code:\n\nCredit Card\n\nCard Details\n\nCardholder Name\n\nRegister",
