"description": "![](https://files.workshop-angel.com/154_cb93d2d807bc64e8_sophia-mindus-and-ceri-buckmaste.png)\n\nHello!!\n\n**Do you need support for collaboration to hold projects together,** especially when it’s tough? \n\nWould you love to **have the courage to transparently acknowledge your facilitation mistakes** and be generous with yourself when you do?\n\nDo you need accompaniment so you can approach **tension and conflict as part of life and important feedback rather than a complete disaster?**\n\nDo you want to learn how to **not take things personally?** \n\nThis is for you if you are already holding space in some form (facilitator, volunteer, event organiser). Even if you already know some NVC this might support you as we offer reflections on our experiences of holding space with trauma-informed, power aware approaches.\n\n**Curriculum**\n\nWe offer 4 themed sharings and reflections on the topics of:\n\n01.Motivations and Strengths in holding space\n\n02.Challenges and shadows in holding space\n\n03.Triggers/challenges with participants\n\n04.Conflict in Collaboration\n\n**Who we are**\n\nCeri Buckmaster is a Nonviolent Communication facilitator, organiser and mediator.\n\nSophia Mindus is a Relationship and Sex educator\n\n**Time Commitment** \nThe total running time of videos is about 4 hours. You may want to stop and start and go much slower than that. The self study could take you around 5-6 hours to complete, depending on how you pace yourself. We would recommend taking time between each unit to integrate, reflect and practice.\n\n**Motivation to get the Self Study Programme done**\n\nI have offered a 2-person ticket if it would support or motivate you to do this programme with someone, you can do that.\n\n **Financial contribution**\n\nPlease choose whatever payment option works for you and if none of them do, please get in touch. I have offered a 2 person ticket for each of the payment options so if you and a friend, colleague or family member both want to do this programme, you can at a cheaper rate.\n\nThe Global Majority rate is for those with roots in countries impacted by colonialism and other historical forces that have impacted you economically.",
