"description": "**How long are we going to keep blaming women for the violence men choose to inflict on them?** Don't go out late. Don't wear that. Don't go alone. Be careful. Be alert. Protect yourself. How much of our lives are we expected to shrink just to feel safe? For this workshop, I've kept the price as low as possible, with absolutely no intention of making a profit. Because this isn't just another fun activity. It's a skill every woman deserves the chance to learn. I'm tired of victim blaming. I'm tired of women being told to change their lives because some men refuse to change their behaviour. And while learning self-defence shouldn't be a woman's responsibility, having the ability to protect yourself can make a difference. So let's learn. Let's practise. Let's build confidence. Let's look out for each other. It's time we stopped living in fear and started feeling empowered to protect ourselves. Come learn to defend yourself. Because your safety matters. Always.",
