"description": "**Small Group Focusing Journeys | 3–4 participants** \n**5 gatherings across 5 months ** \n**(morning, afternoon & evening groups)** \n \nSomatic Intuition Journeys is a small-group practice of felt-sense inquiry, rooted in the Gendlin Focusing method. \nIt is for those who feel a quiet—or not-so-quiet—pull toward what lives beneath the surface.\n\nThese journeys invite embodied exploration of what truly matters: curiosity about body symptoms, recurring relational patterns, tender or tangled life questions, and the subtle wisdom carried in dreams, images, and inner callings.\n\nThis is a space for personal inquiry rather than fixing, for listening rather than pushing. \nWith the steady support of the facilitator, your Focusing skills are gently invited to open new doors—at your own pace, in your own way.\n\nEach session is limited to a **maximum of four participants** , allowing time and care for every person’s theme, issue, or dilemma. \nThe small-group format offers the intimacy of individual attention alongside the resonance of shared human experience.\n\nIf you feel drawn to slowing down, sensing inwardly, and letting something deeper speak, this may be a door for you. \n \n**The next 5-session groups begin on 8th September (then 20th Oct, 17th Nov, 8th Dec 2026, 5th Jan 2027** \n**Morning Group: 9:30am -11:30am:** [**BOOKING **](https://bookwhen.com/constellations-focusing#focus=ev-s2889-20260908093000) \n**Afternoon Group: 2pm - 4pm:** [**BOOKING **](https://bookwhen.com/constellations-focusing#focus=ev-s8dhv-20260908140000) \n**Evening Group: 6:30pm -8:30pm:** [**BOOKING **](https://bookwhen.com/constellations-focusing#focus=ev-sf2xe-20260908183000)\n\n**Cost** : £195 (5 x 2h sessions) \n \n\n**Facilitator:** \nHalina Rozensztrauch - Systemic Family Constellation Facilitator ([ISCA](https://isca-network.org/) membership) \nFocusing Practitioner and Teacher ([BFA](https://www.focusing.org.uk/member-profile/halinarozensztrauch)and [EFA](https://efa-focusing.eu/member-profile/halina-rozensztrauch) membership), Somatic Movement (SY Yoga Alliance), Psychologist.",
