"description": "[Sex Club](http://www.sexclubme.com) Retreat II is another weekend edition with different themes and exercises to explore yet more areas of expansion and liberation related to your sexuality.\n\n#### **You don’t need to have attended Retreat I or II to attend Retreat III.**\n\n \n\n_★★★★★ **“** __ **I didn’t expect that normalizing talking about fascinating intimate subjects around sexuality could be so powerful. It gave me a lot of precious keys to be able to communicate efficiently in a relationship or when meeting a new partner. I also got new creative ideas to play with intimacy and learnt so much for the group’s experiences. I very highly recommend this workshop for everyone. We are all mirrors of each other and have so much knowledge and experience to share and learn from.”** - Pauline Loeb_\n\nSex Club is always evolving and growing, with each group we learn and refine our process. But, some things have held true from our first ever groups - the space we create together is brave and held, playful and deep, supportive and challenging enough that we stretch and grow without pushing ourselves to go anyway we’re not yet ready to go. \n\nThe process is informed by a set of principles that help form the container for each person to go on their individual journey, to explore the parts of themselves that most need exploration and to find areas within themselves to expand into. \n\nIt’s a beautiful and transformative process that invites you into a greater sense of joy and liberation in your relationships and your relationship to sex. \n\n_★★★★★ **“** __ **The Sex Club weekend retreat gave me way more than my highest expectations. What a gift to take out into the world of future relationships. It’s hardly surprising after we’d all journeyed so far, and so intimately together, but I sense some of the new friendships forged there will endure for years. Amazing. Thank you.”** - P. _\n\n_ **★★★★★ “** __ **I can't thank you enough for the weekend. It opened my eyes to a lot of what I've been hiding from myself and really shook up the way I connect with other human beings in such a positive way. Each exercise brought me further in touch with myself and closer to understanding my sexuality. Some things were challenging to face but I am incredibly grateful I have been able to drop some of the burdens I've gotten so used to carrying.\"** A._\n\n_★★★★★ **“If you are into growth and discovery, challenging yourself, exploring new territories with others, join the club, you won't regret it”** - Chris_ \n \n\n**ABOUT THE WEEKEND**\n\n**As with every Sex Club, it's a clothes-on space where we inquire into our sexuality via spoken inquiry and embodied explorations all influenced and informed by modern psychology, psychotherapy somatic experience and conscious sexuality practises.**\n\nWe’ll be exploring the following themes in relation to your sexuality…\n\n_ **Truth** _\n\nThe foundation of so much of what we do is a commitment to truth, to inquiring deeply to better know ourselves so that we can better know what we want and don’t want from our lovers and our love making. \n\n_ **Love** _\n\nThe sense of openness and connectedness that comes from feeling safe enough to say what we feel and what we want creates the space for our hearts to open and love to come through even if only for a fleeting moment with a fleeting lover. \n\n_ **Sensuality ** _\n\nThe sensory pleasure of sex is a rich and juicy space for us to inquire into and enjoy. We’ll look at ways we might bring more of the senses into our sexual adventures. \n\n_**(no) Orgasms**_\n\nWe reflect on the relationship to our orgasms (or the absence of) and the orgasms (or absence) of our partners. We explore what it feels like to take the pressure off and to move away from goal oriented sex.\n\n_**Play (fulness)**_\n\nJoy, play and creativity are magic ingredients in the soup of our sexuality. We look at how to introduce and increase them in our sex lives to move towards a more free, creative, present and connected sexual experience. \n \n\n_ **★★★★★ \"The facilitators Jules and Conor were fantastic examples of facilitation at its best. They took time to create and hold spaces which enabled us, the participants to develop relationships with each other within ridiculously short spaces of time. They included themselves and referenced their personal experiences and foibles which made them both human and relatable. Participants felt safe to share with each other, including some very private, never before shared experiences and that was down to the skills of the facilitators. I found the retreat exhilarating, challenging, an opportunity to learn about myself and was left wanting more please.”** _ S.R.\n\n**WEEKEND STRUCTURE**\n\nEach day follows a similar structure with content building on what came before. The flow of each day is designed to bring us deeper into connection with ourselves and each other. \n\n**This is a non-residential weekend retreat. It's deep and beautiful and fun, and we recommend creating some space for yourself to integrate the experience after each day's session, particularly on the Saturday evening. **\n\n**DAY 1 - SAT**\n\n**10.45am** - Arriving into the space \n**11am** - We begin with the principles and agreements of how we hold the space together \n**12pm** - Pods: a smaller group within in the group for you to check in with each morning \n**1pm** - Break \n**2pm** - Spoken and embodied inquiries into the themes of the day \n**4:30pm** - Check-out \n**5:30pm** - Close \n \n\n**DAY 2 - SUN**\n\n**09.45am** - Arriving into the space \n**10am** - Pods: a smaller group within in the group for you to check in with each morning \n**11pm -** Spoken and embodied inquiries into the themes of the day \n**12pm** - Lunch \n**1pm** - Spoken and embodied inquiries into the themes of the day \n**3.30pm** - Check-out \n**4:00pm** - Close \n\nOver the weekend we will create a container together where through shared vulnerability and a commitment to each other we’ll create group trust so it will feel safe to go deeper into our experiences, de-armour insecurities and shame through exposure and find new confidence and comfort in ourselves as sexual beings.\n\nWe will take you through group exercises and inquiries inspired by ancient wisdom and modern psychology. Whilst we will offer a framework of exercises, this course very much focuses on tapping into the collective knowledge and experience of the group. No one has figured out how to do sex or intimacy, yet we’ve all learned something along the way. These learnings we’ll share, and piece together the puzzle of our ever evolving sexuality, whilst creating a sense of community and deep connection to your fellow explorers on the way. The space will be held safely yet bravely. It is confidential and we each share only what we feel to share.\n\n**As with every Sex Club it works on multiple levels. You have the opportunity to:**\n\n- Practise speaking about sex in a trusted, non-judgemental and low stakes environment\n- Connect in person with likeminded people and join the Sex Club Community\n- Hear and learn from other peoples’ learnings, knowledge and experience\n- Process your sexuality and translate your experience into words\n- Inquiry into your desires and fears, and through awareness acquire agency to change patterns that don’t serve you anymore\n\n**IS THIS FOR YOU?**\n\nThis course is fully inclusive and valuable to everyone regardless of relationship status or model you’re in, age (18+), ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation and experience, religious beliefs, income and otherwise. \n\nAlthough this course can be therapeutic, it is not therapy. Whilst we set up a container that enables trust and honesty, we ask everyone to take responsibility for their experience. Please speak to your therapist if you have experienced abuse or trauma through touch or otherwise before you decide to take this course.\n\nNo previous experience in Sex Club or similar workshops is required. \n\nNo partner is required and everyone will have the opportunity to work with different people in order to enjoy a greater range of experience. You don’t need to have attended previous Sex Club workshops. Join by yourself, with your friend(s), lover(s), partner(s).\n\n_★★★★★ **“Sex Club stirred up things that weren't even in my consciousness and allowed me to release some deep stored emotions. Having the space to explore my own needs and desires, hearing others sharing and seeing things from a male perspective was eye opening, freeing and has given me a lot to work on. The energy created from these courses is special. I experience big shifts from this work and I am incredibly grateful to Jules and Conor for the safe space they hold and for modelling vulnerability and openness. I can't recommend Sex Club enough. In fact I've recommended it to clients, friends and colleagues, some of which have attended and have had positive experiences to share.”** - Binta Patel - Personal Development Coach_\n\n**PRACTICALS**\n\n- The Sex Club Retreat is a pants-on workshop exploring non-sexual, but intimate, human contact. \n- Please come wearing comfortable clothing.\n- Bring a refillable water bottle.\n- There will be a break for lunch. They also encouraged us and created a framework for us to feel into how much was right to share at any moment, to stay in the learning zone rather than the panic zone or comfort zone. Lots of depth, and also lightness and joy.\"** - Emilia M._\n\n**Conor Cregg** \nI am a facilitator of transformational spaces, a group process psychologist, counsellor and coach. Designing and leading group processes I support people to deepen their self awareness to recognise and let go of beliefs that no longer serve them so that they can return to their natural state of ease and flow. \n\nAs Co-Founder of Sex Club, I’ve discovered that our sex and sexuality often provide profound insights into what is holding us back more generally from living the lives we want to live. By working with these insights we can create change that radiates through all areas of life. \n\nMy intellectual background is in psychology with a B.A. in psychology and an MSc focussing on behaviour change, as well as training as a holistic counsellor. My on-going inquiry is how to create spaces that give people the confidence and permission to be real with themselves and others, dropping the performance and coming home to who they really are and always have been. \n\n[www.conorcregg.com](https://www.conorcregg.com)\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2024/02/15/10/50/52/aa880527-7e14-47a1-8867-40f04bb92c48/Conor Profile.jpg)\n\n[CLICK HERE FOR ALL REVIEWS](https://www.sexclubme.com/reviews-faq)\n\n_David Chambers - Authentic Dating Podcast: _ \n_★★★★★ - WOW.... Just WOW. So much fun, so insightful, so open, accepting and the space was so well held. Met some amazing people and we discuss topics that i hadn't thought I would be interested in. _\n\n_Amy Cooper - Secret Seed Society: _ \n_★★★★★ - I have taken part in these conversational Sex Clubs before and found them really fascinating, safe, reassuring, enlightening, lightening, stimulating and opening I recommend them. It is not therapy but it is therapeutic, it is not about kinks or being straight or queer, it's whatever the group brings. The variety makes the conversation richer and the difference between us has always seemed to be reassuring. Come if you have sex, come if you don't have sex, come if you feel convinced you know something about sex and would like to share, come if you have no idea what questions you would ask about sex or what you would share. My take home was that we navigate sex for ourselves and can find inspiration and connection from others. Try it...\"_\n\n_Mark Wagner - MKII: _ \n_★★★★★ - What a blessing to have discovered Sex Club! A sharing circle where we can finally impart our experience, thoughts and feelings on a theme that concerns all of us: Sexuality. Staying well clear of personal judgement, opinions and dogma the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and most importantly acceptant of one and all. For me personally, the 'session' facilitated the integrated realisation that from here on, the evolution of my sexuality was intricately connected to my ability to communicate about sexuality.... So what better place to start than Sex Club!\"_\n\nPlease note that we can not offer refunds.
