"description": "This four week course will bring a committed group of men together to explore the four major masculine archetypes and how they play out in our lives. \n \nDuring the course we will develop a profound deepening in our self-awareness and responsibility, our courage and power, our capacity for intimacy and passion, and our relaxed confidence.\n\nThis course will be a transformational process bringing together psychological, meditative and embodiment techniques to supercharge your sense of intimacy and freedom in life.\n\n**WHY THIS COURSE:**\n\nThis course is designed for those who want to go deep. We will be a closed group forming a supportive container of shared brotherhood.\n\nThe field we create together will have the strength of the bonds we build over the previous weeks and the ease and playfulness of our regular time together.\n\nEach one of us will have moments of challenge and growth, as well as joyful celebration.\n\nYou will leave this course with a group of friends and brothers who have given and received authentic heartfelt connection with you.\n\n**STRUCTURE** :\n\nWEEK I - MAGICIAN: we will explore our sense of inner-knowing and awareness, looking at the light and the dark.\n\nWEEK II - WARRIOR: we will explore our relationship with power and our connection with our anger.\n\nWEEK III - LOVER: we will explore our relationship with intimacy and gentleness\n\nWEEK IV - KING: we will explore our ability to be in a state of relaxed confidence\n\n**TOOLS** :\n\nWe will draw on practices from…..\n\n- Traditional Men's Circle \n- Rituals and Initiations \n- Gestalt Therapy \n- Holistic Counselling \n- Emotional Release \n- Movement Therapy \n- Contact Improv \n- Connection and Intimacy Coaching\n\nAnd more…\n\n★★★★★ - \"Such an amazing space! I don't know any other quite like it, and it's been such a source of growth and healthy reflection for me\"\n\n★★★★★ - \"My first time at the Men's Circle was richly rewarding. Conor is incredibly skilful in his facilitation. He leads from what is clearly a wealth of experience, helping to create an atmosphere that is at one and the same time encouraging, safe, warm, challenging and humorous\"\n\n★★★★★ - \"A beautiful, life-affirming, brotherhood\"\n\n**ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR**\n\nI am a facilitator of transformational spaces, a group process psychologist, counsellor and coach. Designing and leading group processes I support people to deepen their self awareness to recognise and let go of beliefs that no longer serve them so that they can return to their natural state of ease and flow. \n\nI’ve been leading Men's Groups and Retreats for the past 8 years. My facilitation style supports individuals in their inquiry by holding a light presence without agenda, listening for questions that want to be asked and supporting people to come to greater ease and flow. \n\nMy intellectual background is in psychology with a B.A. in psychology and an MSc in environmental behaviour change, as well as training as a holistic counsellor. My on-going inquiry is how to create spaces that give people the confidence and permission to be real with themselves and others, dropping the performance and coming home to who they really are and always have been. \n\n[www.conorcregg.com](http://www.conorcregg.com)\n\nInfluences on my work include Rafia Morgan, Carl Jung, David Deida, Ken Wilber, Hanzi Freinacht, Joseph Campbell, Brené Brown, Carl Rogers, Almass, Robert Bly, Sam Harris, Bessel Van Der Kolk, Patrick Cregg and more…\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2025/08/21/15/05/46/dd6c4d09-0dd5-48cb-9725-475f8f1be5a3/Newsletter Pic.jpg)\n\n \n\n**DATES** : Four consecutive Mondays 22nd Feb - 15th March 2027 \n**DOORS OPEN** : 18:50 \n**DOORS CLOSE** : 19:10\n\n**ENQUIRIES**\n\nPlease email [conorcregg@gmail.com](mailto:conorcregg@gmail.com)\n\nPlease note that we can not offer refunds.
