"description": "Sunday 25th October 3:30-4:45pm, £18 \nAt The Wild Place, Wiltshire Wild Sauna, SN5 0AQ\n\nAn extended 75 minute gentle yoga flow, followed by a long rest (savasana) accompanied by the beautiful and relaxing sound of singing bowls and other sound healing instruments.\n\nMoving as the sun sets, and resting as the moon rises, this will be a lovely opportunity to bask in the Full Hunter's Moon as it illuminates the sky.\n\nTaking time to rest and reset, whilst soaking in the views over the gorgeous Wiltshire countryside (& remaining cosy in the Wild Place Tipi!). 🍂\n\nAll welcome, no experience necessary. This is a super gentle stretchy class to really wind down at the end of our weekend.\n\n🔥❄Optional sauna session post flow, a perfect pairing for a restorative afternoon! \n\n5-6:15pm - Revitalising Rituals in the Sauna, for a deeply restorative and immersive experience! On the sauna website, scroll down to events: “Revitalising Rituals in the Sauna”\n\nThis is booked separately and directly with the sauna, and is limited to 8 spaces so is first come first served! Book on now to avoid disappointment ❤ \n[https://www.wiltshirewildsauna.co.uk/bookings](https://www.wiltshirewildsauna.co.uk/bookings) \n\nFeel free to email me if you have any questions at [rootedwithbethan@gmail.com](mailto:rootedwithbethan@gmail.com). \nBethan x\n\n**🌿Rooted | Gatherings inspired by the rhythms of nature🌿**\n\n[**Browse all my events here**](https://dandelion.events/o/rooted/events) (sound baths, yoga, drumming circles & more) \nInstagram & Facebook: [@rootedwithbethan](https://www.instagram.com/rootedwithbethan/) \nSubscribe to my mailing list [here](https://dandelion.events/o/rooted). \n(I also hold 1:1 and private events, drop me a message if you'd like to find out more)\n\n**A bit more about me:**\n\nBethan, a yoga, sound and drum circle facilitator, holds spaces to bring people together to ground and gather, whilst having fun and building connection to ourselves and those around us in a way that feels real, welcoming and supportive. \n\nShe came to yoga when she began to fall out of love with the general fitness world, and it has been a huge part of her journey with chronic pain, providing mobility and strength she otherwise may have never had. \n\nHer discovery of sound healing, and then especially when re-discovering the drum, felt like a real homecoming. Not gatekeeping music and sound to the performative world where you have to be “good at it”, instead opening this up for all of us to feel into its transformational power. Bethan believes sound has an unbelievable ability to bring us into presence, release stress and find connection or clarity.\n\nWhether a fluid flow, a restorative sound bath or an energising drumming circle, her offerings take deep inspiration around the lunar cycles and the seasons, as Bethan believes that nature and our land has so much to show us. Hence why outside of these spaces you’ll usually find her in the water, way out in the countryside (likely lost) or drumming around the stones of Avebury!",
