Michael, Joan, and Jackie were all thoughtful and attentive and made me feel like I was completely safe and without judgement. There was extreme care leading up to the experience, thoughtful activities with the other participants, safety during the journey, and post integration care. This was the most profound spiritual experience I have had in my life and I felt a deep sense of connection to myself and am grateful for this program and all the effort and care that was put into its facilitation.” \n> _ **Kelly** - Accountant, Germany_\n\n> “Under the excellent and empathic guidance of Michael and Joan, the retreat changed me on a deep level. The openness of the experience allowed me to integrate my fears and self-doubt, and the change has stayed with me. Highly recommended!” \n> _ **John** – Researcher, Denmark_\n\n> “This experience helped me gain a deeper awareness of my inner conflicts – making space for insight, reflection and self-development. This was made possible through the incredibly compassionate guidance of the facilitators, whom I’m grateful for gently supporting me throughout my process.” \n> _ **Giulia** - Psychologist, Malta_\n\n> “A wonderful experience from start to finish. I was very nervous before joining and Joan and Michael helped to inform and reassure me, and the experience was above and beyond anything I was expecting. Joan and Michael are so kind and conscientious, value you as an individual and are constantly on hand to support, both before, during and after. Everything about the experience was fantastic, from the organisation to the activities and the food. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Conscious Growth if you’re looking to make a change in your life.” \n> _ **Sam** – Manager, UK_\n\n \n\n* * *\n\n### The Retreat\n\n \n\nThe retreat is held between Friday afternoon and Sunday lunch.
