"description": "#### _Are you ready to connect to deep resource and soften into your beautiful resilient heart?_ \n\nJoin experienced breathwork and somatic facilitators, Kat Ballam and Lizzie Keates for this special 3-day retreat and deep dive into the healing power of breath, ritual, and community.\n\nHolosomatic Breath Therapy combines Conscious Connected Breath with touch and movement to support the body and mind to access and release trauma carried in our cells and psyche.\n\nTogether as a group of openhearted women, we will open a safe and caring transformational space with our intentions and prayers, inviting healing for the patterns of disconnection passed down through generations and reconnecting to a memory within each of us of something deeper and fully alive - a knowing of our uniquely bold and beautiful resilient heart.\n\nEach ceremony offers the chance to rewrite and rewire the body and nervous system, opening to deeper consciousness, belonging, and freedom to live with agency, deep self care and compassion.\n\nHeld at a stunning retreat centre in South Devon, with beautiful accommodation among meadows and orchards, plus a wood-fired sauna and stream-fed plunge pool.\n\nWe offer 1:1 calls in the lead up to the retreat so you can explore the patterns specific to your life experience and lineage, and Group Integration calls after our days together so you can feel supported by the sense of community as you move back into daily life and live into the wisdom and insights you experienced over the retreat.\n\n[![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/05/28/18/16/40/925908bb-370b-4f85-be5d-40266feeb519/8f648510-3c92-48c1-a3ab-67b4da9550dc.jpeg)](https://katballam.satoriapp.com/offers/298855-breath-retreat-exploration-and-preparation)\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/05/28/18/16/15/7fb395f2-c805-4ac4-95fb-089ada373dd7/eefd047b-e4e0-4c30-b28b-7aecf8205055.jpeg)\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/01/13/17/53/42/7cac8243-9c43-4ab9-9588-b2d013fcba9d/54ff52a4-c9d6-4cc9-aa7f-a858698e4c93.jpeg)\n\n[![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/05/28/18/16/40/925908bb-370b-4f85-be5d-40266feeb519/8f648510-3c92-48c1-a3ab-67b4da9550dc.jpeg)](https://katballam.satoriapp.com/offers/298855-breath-retreat-exploration-and-preparation)\n\nThe retreat will include:\n\n**Two Breath Journeys** \n\n**Compassionate Inquiry** — deepening awareness of family history and patterns\n\n**Somatic Bodywork & Movement** — to support release and free self-expression\n\n**Prayer-song & Nature Connection** — ritual woven into embodied practice, reviving connection with the living world\n\n**Ritual Sauna** — working intentionally with the heat and the cold in the embrace of community ** **\n\n**1:1 Preparation Call ** — before the retreat to explore the ancestral patterns present in your life \n\n**Group Integration Call** — to support the integration of the insights you receive from the breath journeys and the retreat as a whole\n\n**Food & Accommodation ** — delicious vegetarian meals and 2 nights accommodation in a lovingly restored barn in Dartington, Devon.\n\nOur retreat participants share they discover more regulation, clearer boundaries, warmer intimacy and a deeper sense of belonging—to self, lineage and the living world.\n\nWe will be staying at a beautiful retreat barn close to Ashburton, Devon.\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/05/28/18/22/57/c8cf2ad8-7c80-44b4-b768-bad2ae9101e3/f16494cc-e9fb-4c0c-a293-3d68be063628.jpeg)\n\nArrival will be on Friday 27th early evening and departure will be late afternoon Sunday 29th June.\n\nWe'd love to have you join us!\n\n**Price and Booking**\n\nA range of room price options from £450 - £600 .
