"description": "Sunday 1st November 4-5pm, £20 \nAt Warrior & Wild, Days Mill, Fountain St Nailsworth, GL6 0BL\n\nA 60 minute session to relax, reset and take time for yourself on the weekend of Samhain. The half-way point between the Autumn Equinox & Winter Solstice, a time to honour the Autumn season that we're in, as we head towards the darker and colder months. \n\nBelieve it or not, this time used to be our New Year! The Celtic celebration of the Year's End & New Beginnings- a time of finding gratitude and releasing what has happened this year to allow new seeds and dreams to be planted for the next. Like how the trees are shedding their leaves to allow for growth and abundance next year, this is an invitation for us to do the same.\n\nThis sound bath will take place at dusk, as the sun begins to set, where it said for the veil to be at its thinnest- between the spirit and the physical world. So a super powerful time to be in a sound bath!\n\nWe will start with some gentle breathwork and meditation before settling into a long rest, accompanied by the beautiful and relaxing sound of singing bowls, the voice and other sound healing instruments.\n\nAll welcome, no experience necessary. \n\nThis is a sound bath is using a technique called “frequency of Light”, which is a beautifully gentle yet relaxing and nervous system regulating modality.\n\n💛 **A bit more about Frequency of Light ©** 💛\n\nThis is a multidimensional crystal sound healing experience designed to support the harmonisation of your full energetic anatomy.\n\nEach session begins by gently attuning to your heart’s intention, bringing awareness to what is ready to be released, received, or remembered. You are invited to rest deeply, so the body can soften and the nervous system can settle into safety.\n\nFrom here, through a sound journey of light encoded crystal bowls and the voice, your energy field is invited into greater coherence and flow, supporting cellular remembrance, emotional release, and deep nervous system regulation.\n\nEach session is unique: you may experience sensation, emotion, imagery, deep stillness, or profound rest. Whatever arises is welcomed, and the medicine meets you exactly where you are.\n\nStep into the temple of sound, and allow yourself to remember your own harmonic Frequency of Light.\n\n \n\nMats, blankets and bolsters are provided.\n\nIf you have any questions, feel free to message Bethan at [rootedwithbethan@gmail.com](mailto:rootedwithbethan@gmail.com) \n\nHope to see you there,\n\nBethan xx\n\n**Accessibility:** Please note, this venue requires going up one flight of stairs. There is a toilet on the same level as the venue. Any questions, just get in touch by the email above.\n\n**🌿Rooted | Gatherings inspired by the rhythms of nature🌿**\n\n[**Browse all my events here**](https://dandelion.events/o/rooted/events) (sound baths, yoga, drumming circles & more) \nInstagram & Facebook: [@rootedwithbethan](https://www.instagram.com/rootedwithbethan/) \nSubscribe to my mailing list [here](https://dandelion.events/o/rooted). \n(I also hold 1:1 and private events, drop me a message if you'd like to find out more)\n\n**A bit more about me:**\n\nBethan, a yoga, sound and drum circle facilitator, holds spaces to bring people together to ground and gather, whilst having fun and building connection to ourselves and those around us in a way that feels real, welcoming and supportive. \n\nShe came to yoga when she began to fall out of love with the general fitness world, and it has been a huge part of her journey with chronic pain, providing mobility and strength she otherwise may have never had. \n\nHer discovery of sound healing, and then especially when re-discovering the drum, felt like a real homecoming. Not gatekeeping music and sound to the performative world where you have to be “good at it”, instead opening this up for all of us to feel into its transformational power. Bethan believes sound has an unbelievable ability to bring us into presence, release stress and find connection or clarity.\n\nWhether a fluid flow, a restorative sound bath or an energising drumming circle, her offerings take deep inspiration around the lunar cycles and the seasons, as Bethan believes that nature and our land has so much to show us. Hence why outside of these spaces you’ll usually find her in the water, way out in the countryside (likely lost) or drumming around the stones of Avebury!",
