"description": "🌿 **Primal Voice - A Vocal Journey through the Archetypes for women** 🌿\n\nA weekend of movement, storytelling and drum journeys to guide you to uncover your primal voice: the authentic, untamed sound living within us.\n\nWe'll explore how invoking the ancient archetypes can help us to expand and sing together in ways that aren't about right or wrong, good or bad, or us and them. It's the work of connection above all else.\n\nDrawing on Frankie Armstrong's Singing through the Archetypes, we'll move through archetypes such as the Hunter, the Initiator and the Lover, exploring the full spectrum of vocal expression, from raw and powerful to tender and soulful. \n \n\nExpect: \n🌿 embodied vocal and movement explorations \n🌿 drum journeys to access archetypal energies through imagination and storytelling \n🌿 expansion of vocal range, colour and resonance \n🌿 a nourishing, expressive weekend with likeminded folk\n\nThis is for all women\\* — whether you consider yourself a singer or not. \n \n\n**Details:**\n\n🗓️ 10–11 October | 10am–5pm both days \n📍 Moor Imagination Centre, Buckfastleigh \n💛 This is part of the WellSong project so, thanks to funding from the National Lottery, we're offering this at sliding scale / pay-as-you're-able, with bursary places available. \n \n\nFacilitated by Charlotte Mabon and Anna Carr. \n \n \n**✨ What past participants have said about it:**\n\n“A beautifully held and crafted workshop”\n\n“The archetype journeys were transformative in so many ways, beyond any expectations”\n\n“Heartful, deep , safe joyful exploration”\n\n“Deeply therapeutic”\n\n“Transformative”\n\n \n\n\\*Women: in this context, 'women' refers to cis women, as well as people assigned female at birth who identify as non-binary or gender fluid. This is due to the lottery funding criteria.",
