"description": "We welcome you to join us for The Wheel of Consent Temple. \n\nThe Wheel of Consent is a powerful embodied consent practice which goes beyond other models of consent by clarifying four different kinds of consensual interaction. Each of them feels different in our body and requires a different kind of consent agreement to be made. These four dynamics apply to all areas of life, including with friends, family and colleagues, as well as in our most intimate and sexual interactions. The Wheel of Consent therefore serves as a basis for building a broader culture of consent within all our communities, and particularly our sex-positive ones.\n\nIn the afternoon you will be have the opportunity to ‘wake up the hands’ - a solo practice which is the core of the Wheel of consent. You will also be invited to observe and experience each of the Wheel's four quadrants, through exchanges of simple, non-sexual touch. Any shared touch is optional and you will be supported to be in consent at all times. \n\nFor the second half during the Temple, we will guide the group towards a consensual co-created space of play: solo and/or with others. Throughout, you will be supported to use the Wheel as a foundation and gateway into solo and shared physical touch, if that is your choice, to whatever degree of sensuality, sexuality or simplicity you feel drawn.\n\n**This Temple is open to those who have been to at least one temple. It is an excellent intro for new folk and also a re-fresh and reminder for those who are more experienced in Temple spaces of Sacred S\\*xuality.**\n\n**Date ** : Saturday 15th November\n\n**Time :** 2pm to 10.30pm\n\n**Venue :** Wild Goose Space, The Yard, St Werburghs, Bristol, Bs2 9YP\n\n[https://www.wildgoosespace.org.uk/](https://www.wildgoosespace.org.uk/) \n \n\n**Things to bring: **\n\n- An offering/flower for the shrine to Consent\n- A dish to share for dinner\n- Something tasty and delicious to share with the group for snack during the evening temple (We will provide herbal teas and a fruit platter).\n\n**Further information: ** \n \nThis Temple is open to everyone and a certain level of awareness, openness and willingness to explore is essential for your own self-care and also the synergy of the group. \n\nWe invite you to come, just as you are and feel.
