"description": "These sessions involve a blend of parts work, guided meditation, somatic (non-cognitive) stress, trauma and emotional processing, and breathwork. \n\nI share this work to support clients shift their relationship with challenging emotions, patterns of behaviour, stress and trauma.\n\nWhile talking therapies help understand our emotional lanscape and relational dynamics, it can often be the case that there is a sense something is unresolved.\n\nAnd this makes sense.\n\nSo much of our lived experience is felt, held and often trapped in our body. Emotion is _ **e** _nergy-in-_ **motion** _, but this energy can often be stagnent, unexpressed, held back, and denied. Exploring these blocks in a Somatic, non cognitive way is often the key to finally releasing old narratives, re-wiring neural pathways, letting go and letting flow, and moving towards a more easeful way of being. \n\nThe most important part of this work is the connection and deepening awareness of ones inner sanctuary - the awareness of what feels safest, the most calm, and the most grounded - and the capacity to return there with increasing ease.\n\nHealing, growth and expansion can only happen from place of feeling safe.\n\nI will help you better understand the wisdom and language of your central nervous system. I will invite a shift toward listening to what truly serves you and your wellbeing, and the radically counter intuitive act of prioritising this.\n\nFrom this place of safety, and with full permission from your inner 'yes', we will explore themes, experiences, stories and sensations that you feel called to work with.\n\nI will safely guide you to sit with discomfort, dis-ease, challenge and the unfamiliar with curiosity, courage and compassion. There are often emotional releases, energetic shifts and other forms of profound work. This is where change and transformation can happen, where one story finishes and another begins.\n\n \n\nWorking together\n\nI offer 3 or 6 month packages. After an initial consultation this allows for an exploration of the initial theme, the further exploration of secondary themes that almost alway lay beyond our initial awareness, and a resolution of the work.\n\n \n\nWhat you receive\n\n- 1 x 60 minute consultation\n\n- Weekly x 75 minute 1:1 sessions\n\n- Tailored integration and grounding tools and exercises\n\n- Post session Whatsapp check in\n\n- Unlimited Whatsapp correspondence during our work together\n\n- 2 weeks Whatsapp correspondence after we stop working together.\n\n- I am based in Frome, Somerset, UK. Sessions can be in person or on Zoom..\n\n \n\nIf you are interested and would like to know more get in touch with a text/whatsapp to arrange a discovery call. \n\nm: +44 7949 742 055 \n\nI look forward to connecting with you soon.\n\n \n\nLove.\n\n \n\nVaughan",
