"description": "This transformative self-healing practice supports physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness, helping you to:\n\n- Regulate emotions\n- Manage anxiety and stress\n- Prevent burnout\n- Develop self-awareness\n- Enhance focus and mental clarity\n\nI have personal experience of breath work supporting my emotional and mental health. This work has supported growth and self awareness. A regular practice allows me to be more present in the moment, and embrace challenges, opportunities, connection and joy with my feet on the ground and my heart and mind open.\n\nMy intention in sharing this life changing tool is to empower individuals with the awareness and skills to access breathwork regularly as a self practice as well an in a facilitated space. My goal is to support a society where people thrive rather than simply survive.\n\nI offer private breathwork sessions are a safe space where deep healing and growth can take place. I guide clients through journeys that allow aspects of emotional, energetic and spiritual landscape that have been blocked, repressed or shunned to be felt and witnessed.\n\nAs the relationship with the breath deepens so too does the relationship with self, as I invite clients to embody self compassion, acceptance, forgiveness and love.\n\nThese sessions are an invitation to soften, release and surrender deeply engrained patterns of thought, behaviour and being that have prevented stepping into our full potential.\n\nI include acupressure body mapping and self massage in my work, to soften and release tension, stress and emotions that are held in the body, and to help energy and emotions to flow more freely.\n\n \n\nI live in Frome, Somerset, and offer sessions in person and online. \n\n \n\nIf you are interested and would like to know more get in touch with a text or whatsapp message and arrange a free 15 minute discovery call.\n\nm: +44 07949 742 055 \n\nI look forward to connecting with you soon.\n\n \n\nLove.\n\n \n\nVaughan",
