"description": "Break the pattern of avoidant and anxious for conscious singles and couples and discover your dance with the divine masculine and feminine.\n\n_\"The Conscious Relationship 2 days workshop with Jess was amazing. I feel so much lighter, happier and so much more sure of myself. Jess is a beautiful person who supported me through the workshop exercises. I felt safe to let go and completely be there for myself.\"_\n\nPauline\n\n \n\n_\"I attended the Conscious Relationship Workshop. It’s my second workshop facilitated by Jess. I am honoured to have received Jess’ spiritual gifts on both occasions. My limiting beliefs have shifted, which has led to me living more authentically. As a result my interpersonal relationships have improved dramatically. The heart opening sensual ritual and the earth bed ceremony have enabled me to tune into my body and for the first time in my life I feel seen, loved and free! I’m so blessed to have been able to work with Jess. A gazillion thanks Jess.\"_\n\nStella\n\n \n\n_\"On the first day I was ashamed of my (sexual) energy and I have learnt it's a source of creativitiy and it can be shared in a beautiful way. I was able to release a lot of shame and on the second day I was able to fill into my joy using the same activities. There was a chance to process old traumas with an ex lover and there was a lot of anger and had no idea how this had affected me in over so many years and to be able to release this that is no longer serving me. On the last day I received a blessing in the love healing chamber to be treated and respected in the divine moment in my sacred masculine.\"_\n\nRob Nugen, Connection Coach For Men\n\n \n\nAre you ready to meet yourself in divine love from the healthy masculine and feminine?\n\n \n\nThis is your invitation to truly embody love from a wholesome place.\n\n \n\nLet me guide you to your love alchemy as you remove layers of your past experiences of the wounded masculine and feminine from lovers to family members and unlearn distorted beliefs from the patriarchy around your body, sexuality and desires to align yourself to your truth of love and pleasure.\n\n \n\nThis involves sensual embodiment practises to activate your passion and desire into bliss, relationship constellations, emotional release process with current and/or past lovers linked with your family dynamic of the wounded masculine and feminine, love healing chamber, conscious communication, relating and lovemaking and so much more!\n\n \n\nHere's what you'll experience...\n\n \n\n**Heart-Opening Sensual Ritual: ** Awaken your receptivity to pleasure and joy within your temple as you learn how to activate your kundalini to open up your heart space through somatic and energetic work to release any insecurities, stress and trapped emotions whilst embracing body love.\n\n \n\n**Relationship Constellation: ** Identify what is needed to shift your relationship dynamics with your beloved to highlight internal and external blocks to support you moving forward or what is in the way of manifesting or connecting with your soulmate to bring about healing around conditional love.\n\n \n\n**Conscious Communication:** Learn how to have structured, safe, open-hearted and emotionally vulnerable conversations with your beloved to authentically express your ownership of your shadow playing out in the relationship, addressing triggering behaviours and reframing the experience by having shared input about how that situation came about and bringing you and your partner back into the present moment through acceptance, forgiveness and gratitude exercises.\n\n \n\n**Divine Union Of Feminine & Masculine: ** Learn how to pinpoint and release shadow patterns of the wounded masculine and feminine that are being projected into your relationships, along with open discussions of rolemodels in your family dynamic and society how to restore balance between your healthy feminine and masculine relationships to bring yourself into alignment, relationships, love-making and intimacy.\n\n \n\n**Celebration Ceremony: ** Bathe in an enriching chamber of unconditional love as your senses are tantalised in the most nurturing way where you are glorified for your divinity and sexuality through tantric touch, energy healing, chanting, singing, sound therapy, loving acknowledgement as well as being cleansed and blessed on the earth bed as you let go of the old ways of being and plant new seeds of intention to manifest.\n\n \n\n**Creative Poetry:** Be guided to write a love letter from your highest self to bring your new intentions into life, declare your letter into the circle to give it energy, art therapy to colour images, symbols and codes that represents divine love to reprogram your subsconscious and unconscious mind at home and receive a personalised card reading to move forward in your love life.\n\n \n\nOPTIONAL: VIP TICKET This not only includes general admission to Conscious Relationship Weekend Workshop and plant based meals but also direct private access to a trauma coach with 4 x 90 minute 1:1 love alchemy session and/or couples session via Zoom with 1 month Whatsapp.\n\n \n\nPlant-based lunch provided on each day to help you ground and integrate from your immersion.\n\n \n\nIf you require a payment plan, please book a free clarity call with me here: [https://calendly.com/lifeinc.../clarity-call-with-jess-x-goh](https://calendly.com/lifeinconfidence/clarity-call-with-jess-x-goh?fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTAAAR2EVo1PNPhNIIDh5pJ99WgvAlEI3FvMnYcpJoEpWTm3C-QwYacE0AH3NYU_aem_F49L6e6aOkuQ1i3dRMI2pw) and any questions or concerns that you would like to discuss.\n\n-------------------------------------------------------------------\n\nAbout The Facilitator\n\nJess X Goh helps highly driven, burnt out professionals to overcome the impacts of childhood abuse.
