"description": "# **Awakening in Avalon**\n\n## Kundalini Activation & Non-Dual Retreat\n\n### Non-Residential Weekend | Glastonbury\n\nStep into a powerful weekend of transmission, remembrance and embodied awakening in the sacred landscape of Glastonbury — ancient Avalon, long revered as the Heart Chakra of the Earth.\n\n**This is not just a retreat — it is a powerful invitation into a life-changing experience and a deep consciousness upgrade, designed to activate your life-force energy and open the doorway to expanded awareness.**\n\nLed and held by three highly experienced KAP facilitators — **Juliet Leonard, Clara Collings, and Philippa Gail** — this immersive weekend combines extended Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) sessions with profound Non-Dual transmissions, all supported by the mythic, amplifying field of Glastonbury.\n\n \n\n## What You Will Experience\n\n**Over the weekend you will receive:**\n\n**Two extended 90-minute Kundalini Activation Process sessions**\n\n**Non-Dual transmissions** offering direct experiential access to unity consciousness\n\n**A sacred pilgrimage** to Glastonbury’s springs and the Tor\n\n**A carefully held energetic container** guided by three facilitators\n\n**Integration, sharing** and grounding support\n\n**This work is designed to awaken, harmonise and elevate your life-force energy while ensuring you feel safe, supported and embodied.**\n\n**Many participants experience:**\n\nDeep emotional release and catharsis\n\nHeightened intuition and clarity\n\nExpanded perception of reality\n\nStrengthened inner knowing\n\nBlissful states of unity and oneness\n\nGreater purpose and direction\n\nLiving with a more open heart\n\nEnhanced connection to self and others\n\nThis is not about striving for enlightenment. \nIt is about allowing what is already within you to rise.\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/03/12/17/13/21/9aca5d5e-eb2c-402b-9a13-07cb5066fdd1/retreat3 (1).jpg)\n\n \n\n## Why Glastonbury?\n\nThere are places on Earth where spiritual practice feels amplified. Glastonbury is one of them.\n\nAncient ley lines converge here. For centuries mystics and seekers have journeyed to this land for healing, initiation and remembrance. The landscape itself feels alive — responsive, intelligent, supportive.\n\nHere, awakening happens in relationship with the Earth.\n\n \n\n### The Sacred Springs — Balancing the Inner Currents\n\nAt the base of the Tor lie two powerful springs, each mirroring essential aspects of the awakening journey.\n\n**The White Spring** \nDark, elemental and flowing through stone chambers beneath the earth, the White Spring represents grounding, surrender and embodiment. It connects us to the nervous system, to safety, to the roots of our being.\n\nKundalini awakening requires grounding as much as expansion. The White Spring stabilises the current.\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/03/09/13/20/41/a54e8049-ca98-4b2e-b3c4-a320932fee9f/24.jpg)\n\n**Chalice Well** \nThe red waters of Chalice Well flow through peaceful gardens and are associated with the sacred feminine and the heart. This spring carries the frequency of compassion, devotion and integration.\n\nHere we soften. \nHere we open. \nHere awakening is guided by love rather than force.\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/03/09/13/21/28/b949b5e4-c6fe-42ab-bda1-3b159ddcd0a9/26.jpg)\n\nTogether, these springs symbolise the union of polarities — masculine and feminine, descent and ascent, shadow and light — creating the balance required for sustainable energetic activation.\n\n \n\n### The Tor — The Path of Ascent\n\nOverlooking the springs stands Glastonbury Tor, a symbol of ascension and awakened consciousness.\n\nClimbing the Tor mirrors the inner journey of Kundalini rising through the spine — grounded at the base, opening at the heart, expanding into spacious awareness.\n\nWe descend. \nWe balance. \nWe rise.\n\n**The landscape becomes part of the transmission.**\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/03/09/13/23/28/e6447803-fe1f-4c15-843f-47b4bfab0453/21.jpg)\n\n \n\n \n\n## What is Kundalini Activation Process (KAP)?\n\nKAP is a direct energy transmission of raw Kundalini and non-dual states of consciousness.\n\nUnlike self-generated practices, this is a **downward descending transmission** that activates your own life-force energy. It clears and cleanses the energetic field, moves through the chakras, and may naturally initiate or support your own Kundalini awakening process.\n\nThis is a physical experience.\n\nDuring sessions, participants may experience spontaneous movements (kriyas), emotional release, energetic waves, insights, bliss states, or deep stillness. The body responds naturally and intelligently.\n\n**KAP is:**\n\nPassive — you simply lie down and receive\n\nNon-religious\n\nSafe yet powerful\n\nGuided by an innate intelligence that gives you exactly what you need\n\nThe process continues integrating for days after the session, often creating gentle but profound shifts in relationships, wellbeing, clarity and intuition.\n\nMany participants report rewiring of limiting beliefs, expanded perception, emotional healing and greater embodiment.\n\n \n\n## What to Expect in a Session\n\nYou will lie down on a yoga mat while music is played. Facilitators may lightly touch specific chakra or meridian points to support the transmission.\n\nNo prior experience is needed. No belief system is required.\n\nYou receive exactly what your system is ready for — never more, never less.\n\nIntegration support is provided before and after each session.\n\n \n\n## Who This Is For\n\n**This retreat is for those who feel called to:**\n\n**Deepen their spiritual awakening**\n\n**Experience unity consciousness directly**\n\n**Clear emotional and energetic blockages**\n\n**Embody their life force more fully**\n\n**Connect with like-minded seekers in sacred space**\n\nIt is suitable for most people.\n\nHowever, those with schizophrenia, active mania, delusional psychiatric conditions or epilepsy should not attend. Women in their third trimester of pregnancy are advised to wait. Please avoid alcohol or drugs 24 hours before sessions.\n\n \n\n## The Facilitators\n\n### Juliet Leonard\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/03/09/13/16/02/6d82d737-1755-400e-83fb-b51424fa3113/retreatposter (Instagram Post).jpg)\n\nLevel 2 KAP & Non-Duality Facilitator serving the South West & Birmingham.
