Reconnect. Come Home to Yourself. 🌟\n \n\n**What might become possible when you stop trying to think your way through everything — and let the breath take you somewhere deeper?**\n\nPerhaps you’re used to thinking things through, solving problems with the mind or simply getting on with life — yet stress, tension or emotions remain in your body that don't easily have somewhere to go.\n\nShamanic Breathwork® offers something different: **a space where there is nothing to perform, prove or get right.**\n\nThrough conscious connected breathing, Shamanic ritual, carefully curated music and naturally altered states of consciousness, you’re invited to put down the thinking and doing for a while — and meet yourself exactly as you are.\n\nYou may release something you’ve been carrying, encounter an unexpected aspect of yourself, or receive an insight that illuminates something on your path. Or you may simply allow emotion, movement, sound or stillness to arise without judgement or expectation.\n\n**You don't need to know where the journey is taking you. That's part of the invitation.**\n\nWhatever unfolds, you’ll be held in a compassionate, trauma-aware space where your experience is honoured exactly as it is.\n\n**If this feels like a supportive next step on your journey, I’d love to welcome you.**\n\n**↓** Continue reading to discover whether this experience is right for you.\n\n* * *\n\n## **❤️ Is Breathwork Calling You?**\n \n\nThis journey is for anyone curious about what lies beyond thinking, analysing and figuring everything out...\n\nPerhaps you’re used to being capable, keeping going and getting on with life — yet sense there are parts of yourself that rarely have space to be felt or expressed.\n\nPerhaps you’ve spent years trying to understand yourself, yet still feel disconnected from your emotions, intuition or more sensitive and vulnerable parts.\n\nOr perhaps you’re curious about who you might meet beneath the armour, expectations and ways you’ve learned to protect yourself.\n\n**Here, you’re simply invited to put down the pressure and meet yourself exactly where you are. **\n\nPeople come to Shamanic Breathwork® to:\n\n✨ **Reconnect** more deeply with their body, heart and authentic self.\n\n✨ **Release** emotions and patterns that no longer serve them.\n\n✨ **Deepen** their intuition and learn to trust their own inner guidance.\n\n✨ **Experience** greater joy, aliveness, pleasure and connection.\n\n✨ **Explore** spirituality or Shamanic journeying in a way that feels authentic to them.\n\n✨ **Move beyond** understanding life... and begin fully experiencing it.\n\nBeneath the protective patterns we develop throughout life...\n\n**there is a deeper, wise and more authentic version of you waiting to be experienced.**\n\nMy role is simply to create the safety that allows you to discover that for yourself.\n\n_\"I found this event to be a completely safe and accepting space in which to do this work. Natalie is a great and caring teacher. I benefited hugely from this event and would highly recommend it.\"_ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐\n\n_\"It's my favourite breathwork session I've done in London.\"_ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐\n\n_\"A beautiful, safe space that opens you up to empty the old and invite the new.\"_ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐\n\n![event_description_image_57287_1791280887_4956b.jpg?_a=BAAHWXDQ](https://uploads.tickettailorassets.com/c_limit,w_630/v1/production/userfiles/event_description_image_57287_1791280887_4956b.jpg?_a=BAAHWXDQ)\n\n## 🌿 What Is Shamanic Breathwork®?\n \n\n**Shamanic Breathwork® is a powerful form of conscious connected breathing that opens the doorway to naturally altered states of consciousness through Shamanic ritual, chakra-attuned music, drumming, intention, trauma-aware space holding and surrender to the process.**\n\nCreated by Star Wolf, Shamanic Breathwork® draws upon the foundations of Integrative, Holotropic and Rebirthing Breathwork while honouring the indigenous wisdom teachings and spiritual lineage of Yeh-Weh-Node and Twylah Nitsch (“Grandma Twylah”) of the Wolf Clan.\n\nRather than analysing your experience through the mind, you’re invited to explore it directly through your body using breath, movement, sound and presence.\n\n**At the heart of this work is the invitation to awaken your Inner Shaman — your innate inner healer.** Through this process, some people experience emotional release, profound insight, symbolic imagery, archetypes, encounters with ancestors, or a deeper connection with the Divine. Others simply leave feeling lighter, calmer and more grounded.\n\nMy role isn’t to direct your journey, but to create a carefully held, safe space in which your own experience can gently unfold.\n\nNo particular belief system is required **— Curiosity is enough.**\n\n👉 **Learn more:** _[What Is Shamanic Breathwork®](https://healthandwellbeingmagazine.org/what-is-shamanic-breathwork/)?_\n\n* * *\n\n## **What Happens During the Workshop?**\n \n\nNo two journeys are ever the same. Your experience will unfold in the way your body and nervous system are ready for on that day.\n\nHere's what you can expect:\n\n✨ A warm welcome, all parts of you accepted, and emotional, physical and practical safety guidance.\n\n✨ Gentle body, emotional and energetic preparation before the breathing begins.\n\n✨ A Shamanic Breathwork® Journey, supported by carefully curated music, drumming and Shamanic intention setting. You'll be invited to follow your body's natural guidance through breath, movement and sound, while I quietly hold the space and offer individual support where needed.\n\n✨ Time for integration through reflection, an energy on paper expression, optional sharing and guidance for the days that follow.\n\n**There is nothing you need to perform, prove or ‘get right’.**\n\nSimply arrive with curiosity and a willingness to meet yourself exactly where you are.\n\n* * *\n\n![event_description_image_57287_1791281006_efd99.jpg?_a=BAAHWXDQ](https://uploads.tickettailorassets.com/c_limit,w_630/v1/production/userfiles/event_description_image_57287_1791281006_efd99.jpg?_a=BAAHWXDQ)\n\n## **💜 Is This the Right Experience for You?**\n \n\nThis experience may be a beautiful fit if you:\n\n💜 Want to spend less time in your head and more time connected to your body and heart.\n\n💜 Are curious about developing or deepening your relationship with yourself.\n\n💜 Feel ready to explore emotions, patterns or experiences that may be ready to move.\n\n💜 Are willing to honour your own pace and follow your body’s guidance and wisdom.\n\nWhether this is your first breathwork experience or you’ve been exploring embodiment for years, you’re warmly welcome.\n\n* * *\n\n## **✨ What Participants Leave With**\n \n\n**Your journey may leave you with:**\n\n✨ A deeper connection with yourself and the more sensitive or vulnerable parts you may rarely access.\n\n✨ Relief from emotions that had felt “stuck” or heavy.\n\n✨ Greater self-compassion, self-acceptance and freedom to express yourself authentically.\n\n✨ New insights into your patterns, boundaries, relationships or the next steps on your path.\n\n✨ A renewed sense of aliveness, possibility and inspiration.\n\n_\"Breathwork is one of the very few tools I know that helps me get back into my body and access blocked emotions. It's a gentle method that has helped me accept myself and life as it is.\"_ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐\n\n_\"A place to discover self-forgiveness, easing of anxiety, greater compassion for self and others, and a sense of positivity.\"_ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐— Male participant\n\n_\"If you feel as though you find it hard to let go of things, have trapped emotions, and need a release from your own mind, come to one of Natalie's breathworks.\"_ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐\n\n![event_description_image_57287_1791281050_8f68c.jpg?_a=BAAHWXDQ](https://uploads.tickettailorassets.com/c_limit,w_630/v1/production/userfiles/event_description_image_57287_1791281050_8f68c.jpg?_a=BAAHWXDQ)\n\n# **⚠️ Please Read Before Booking**\n \n\nCaring for your wellbeing is one of my highest priorities.\n\n## **This workshop may not be the right fit right now if...**\n\n❌ A high-intensity group environment feels likely to overwhelm your nervous system.\n\n❌ You don't feel ready to connect with emotions that may arise.\n\n❌ A private one-to-one space currently feels like a more supportive place to begin.\n\nIf this work resonates with you but a group workshop doesn't, one-to-one breathwork or coaching may be a more supportive place to start — if so, [reach out to me](mailto:natalie@natalie-ford.com) to discuss alternative options.\n\n* * *\n\n## **A Note About Emotional Expression**\n \n\nDuring the breathwork journey, you're encouraged to follow your body's natural expression through breath, movement and sound.\n\nFor some, this is a quiet experience. For others, it may include crying, laughing, dancing or shouting. The music is played at a fairly high volume to support emotional expression and create privacy within the room.\n\nIf you naturally find yourself drawn into what is happening around you, you may initially find this challenging — and that's okay. Learning to gently keep returning to your own experience, even when there is intensity around you, is one of the powerful practices within this work.\n\nThere is never any expectation to express in a particular way. Some people remain still throughout, while others express more fully. Your pace and boundaries will always be respected.\n\n* * *\n\n## **🌸 You Are Always At Choice**\n \n\nYou will always be encouraged to listen to your body.\n\nAt any point, you're welcome to slow or pause your breathing, rest quietly, or ask for support.\n\n**Nothing is ever forced. Nothing is expected.**\n\n* * *\n\n![event_description_image_57287_1791281098_117e1.jpg?_a=BAAHWXDQ](https://uploads.tickettailorassets.com/c_limit,w_630/v1/production/userfiles/event_description_image_57287_1791281098_117e1.jpg?_a=BAAHWXDQ)\n\n## **💜 Why People Love This Workshop**\n \n\n💜 A warm, inclusive space where all genders and every emotion are welcome.\n\n💜 A small group where you feel seen, supported and never lost in the crowd.\n\n💜 The freedom to put down the pressure, express what needs to move and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.\n\n💜 A deeper sense of vulnerability and connection that comes from allowing yourself to be truly seen.\n\n💜 Time to integrate before returning to everyday life.\n\n_\"A beautiful, safe space that opens you up to empty the old and invite the new.\"_ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐\n\n_\"I was able to truly release and find a new fire upon return from my session with Natalie.\"_ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐\n\n_\"Natalie holds a beautiful warm space where you feel supported to release heavy energy. It was a beautiful experience.\"_ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐\n\n* * *\n\n# **❤️ Your Wellbeing Comes First**\n \n\nPlease read the following information carefully before booking. I'm always happy to discuss your circumstances confidentially.\n\n## **Physical Considerations**\n\nShamanic Breathwork® is not suitable during pregnancy due to the rebirthing nature of the breath.\n\nPlease also let me know before the workshop if you have:\n\n- Physical injuries or limitations\n- Recent surgery\n- Medical conditions that may affect your participation\n\n## **Emotional and Mental Considerations**\n\nPlease [contact me](mailto:natalie@natalie-ford.com) before booking if you are currently experiencing, or have recently experienced:\n\n- Involuntary thoughts of suicide or self-harm\n- Feeling disconnected from reality\n- Hearing, seeing or feeling things that others do not\n- Flashbacks relating to traumatic experiences\n- Fear of persecution or attack (real or perceived)\n- Preoccupation with protecting yourself from persecution or attack from specific individuals or groups\n- Active planning of suicide\n- Self-harm requiring medical intervention\n\nIf you're already receiving professional support, please let me know what support you have in place and how you plan to care for yourself after the workshop.\n\n## **If You're Unsure**\n\nIf you're unsure whether this workshop is appropriate for your circumstances, please [get in touch](mailto:natalie@natalie-ford.com).\n\nTogether we can decide whether this group workshop is the right fit, or whether a more personalised approach would better support you.\n\n**Your wellbeing will always come first.**\n\n* * *\n\n# **❔ Frequently Asked Questions**\n \n\n## **1. What if I feel tired or low on energy?**\n\nYou'll always be encouraged to move at the pace that feels right for you. There is never any expectation to breathe faster or go deeper than feels safe for you.\n\nMany people are surprised to find the breathwork leaves them feeling more energised than when they arrived.\n\nSometimes, feeling unusually tired can also be a form of resistance — a natural response when we're stepping into something unfamiliar. If that resonates, simply reconnect with the intention that brought you here and trust your body to guide the pace.\n\n* * *\n\n## **2. What if nothing happens?**\n\nThere is no \"right\" experience.\n\nSome people journey vividly. Others experience subtle shifts, spaciousness or simply deep rest.\n\nSometimes people experience what's known as a _void journey_, where very little seems to happen on the surface. This can be a profoundly restorative state, allowing the nervous system to repair and integrate in quieter ways.\n\n**You cannot do this wrong.**\n\n* * *\n\n## **3. Will I lose control?**\n\nNo.\n\nYou remain conscious and aware throughout the workshop.\n\nThe breath is always under your control. If your experience begins to feel more intense than you'd like, simply soften your breathing and the intensity will naturally settle.\n\n**You are always at choice.**\n\n* * *\n\n## **4. Does it include touch or energy work?**\n\nSometimes.\n\nSupportive touch or energy work may be offered if it feels beneficial for your journey — and only with your consent.\n\nAt the beginning of the workshop, you'll be invited to let me know if you'd prefer not to receive touch or energy work. If you do give consent, you're welcome to change your mind at any point.\n\nYour boundaries will always be respected.\n\n* * *\n\n## **5. Is this a spiritual practice?**\n\nShamanic Breathwork® includes a spiritual element, and you may hear language around intention, nature, your higher self, or trusting that your experience is unfolding for your highest good.\n\nSome people experience symbolic imagery or meaningful inner journeys. Others experience the workshop as a powerful psychological, emotional or nervous system process.\n\nNo particular belief system is required.\n\nYou're free to interpret your experience through whatever lens feels authentic to you.\n\n**Curiosity is enough.**\n\n* * *\n\n## **6. How should I look after myself afterwards?**\n\nYour nervous system will have moved a lot of energy, so I recommend keeping the rest of your evening gentle.\n\nDrink plenty of water, eat nourishing food, spend time in nature if you can, and give yourself space to rest, reflect or journal.\n\nAvoid alcohol and mind-altering substances for 24 hours, and if possible, avoid making any major life decisions for around a week whilst your experience continues to integrate.\n\nAbove all, be kind to yourself and trust your body's timing.\n\n* * *\n\n# **🌱 Preparing for Your Workshop**\n \n\n## **Before You Arrive**\n\n- Avoid alcohol, recreational drugs and other mind-altering substances for 24 hours beforehand.\n- Eat normally, stay hydrated and don't fast.\n- If you'd like to, spend a little time reflecting on an intention for your journey.\n- Arrive at 6:15pm so you have time to settle in gently.\n\n## **What To Bring**\n\n- Blanket\n- Water Bottle\n- 1 x Notebook + Pen (optional)\n- Cushion or Pillow (optional)\n\n## **What To Wear**\n\nWear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe freely.\n\nYou'll be invited to remove any jewellery before the breathing journey begins. I also recommend removing any belts or other restrictive clothing so you can breathe fully and easily, though this is entirely optional.\n\nOur venue is climate-controlled, so you'll be comfortable whatever the weather outside.\n\n## **After Your Journey**\n\nFor the rest of the day, I recommend:\n\n- Drinking plenty of water.\n- Eating nourishing, grounding foods.\n- Spending time in nature.\n- Resting, journalling or simply giving yourself some quiet space.\n- Avoiding alcohol and mind-altering substances for 24 hours.\n- Avoiding major life decisions for around a week.\n\nAbove all, be gentle with yourself.\n\n* * *\n\n# **Refund Policy**\n \n\nTickets are non-refundable.\n\nIf the workshop has sold out and you're no longer able to attend, I'll happily transfer your place to a future workshop where possible.\n\nYou're also welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. They'll simply need to complete the health questionnaire at least 24 hours before attending.\n\n* * *\n\n# **🌺 Meet Your Facilitator**\n\n![event_description_image_57287_1721208014_cb1bc.jpg?_a=BAAAV6DQ](https://uploads.tickettailor.com/c_limit,w_630/v1/production/userfiles/event_description_image_57287_1721208014_cb1bc.jpg?_a=BAAAV6DQ)\n\n**Hi, I’m Natalie. 👋**\n\nI’m a trauma-informed Shamanic Breathwork® Facilitator, Emotional Release Practitioner and Relationship Coach for highly sensitive women (HSP) and couples.\n\nFor many years, I’ve helped people heal anxious attachment and fear of abandonment, build self-worth, and create lasting change through nervous system regulation, embodiment and powerful mindset work.\n\nI trained directly with Star Wolf, founder of Shamanic Breathwork®, as well as trauma specialist leaders Elaine Yonge and Catherine Hale. I’ve also trained extensively with ISTA and Shadow Work®, and am a long-time student of IFS.\n\nI’ve found that lasting transformation doesn’t come purely from understanding ourselves more.
