"description": "#### **Sacred Circle**\n\n**A 3-Month KAP Journey into Presence, Belonging & Growth**\n\n**A small, committed group journey over three months.**\n\nSacred Circle has been created for those who feel called to go beyond attending individual sessions and experience the transformative power of journeying within a consistent group.\n\nOver three months, the same small circle comes together to create a space of trust, presence and genuine connection. As familiarity grows, many people find it easier to soften, open and explore more deeply. The continuity of the group allows relationships to develop naturally, creating an environment where each person can feel seen, heard and supported in their own unique process.\n\nUnlike open sessions, this closed circle offers the opportunity to journey alongside the same people each month. With time, a deeper sense of safety and belonging can emerge, making space for more honest sharing, meaningful reflection and authentic connection. There is something profoundly powerful about being witnessed by others who are walking a similar path, while also witnessing their unfolding in return.\n\nTransformation rarely happens in isolation. It unfolds through presence, connection and the courage to be seen. Within the consistency of this group, there is space to deepen your relationship with yourself, receive support from the collective, and integrate your experiences over time rather than in a single moment.\n\nThis is more than a series of sessions—it's a shared journey of growth, presence and belonging, held within a committed community.\n\n**What's Included**\n\n**One in-person KAP Sacred Circle each month** \nA dedicated closed-group KAP session with the same participants throughout the three-month journey.\n\n**A consistent in person group experience** \nJourney within a trusted circle that encourages connection, commitment , reflection and personal growth throughout the three months.\n\n**One online KAP transmission session each month** \\* \nThese live online KAP sessions offer an opportunity to reconnect with the KAP field between our in-person circles, supporting continuity, integration and the natural deepening of your journey over the three months.\n\nReceiving from the comfort of your own home can allow you to relax into your own familiar space while remaining connected to the field. This continuity creates a stronger sense of community and provides the opportunity to witness not only your own transformation but the growth of those around you.\n\n \n\n**WHAT IS KUNDALINI ACTIVATION?** \nKundalini Activation is a direct transmission of Life Force energy through the Kundalini Channels, promoting profound personal transformation. During a session, participants lie on yoga mats while the facilitator channels energy on and off the body working on chakra and meridian points. Accompanied by a musical journey, this process can awakens the entire light body, helping individuals embody their spiritual essence and activate its capacity to be an entire field of conscious awareness.\n\n \n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2024/12/20/23/05/24/5b80c56f-7c21-42ec-a8c2-33adcd52a30b/VH&IC (4).jpg)\n\nThis practice facilitates access to deeper brainwave states, enabling the brain and nervous system to rewire and integrate new levels of awareness. Participants may experience spontaneous movements (kriyas), emotional releases, energetic sensations, third-eye activations, unity states, and shifts in consciousness. However, the true value lies in the lasting transformation participants experience in their lives after the session.\n\nKundalini Activation is a safe, natural process using a gentle flowing downward-flowing energy. It unfolds through the practice of surrender and readiness, meeting each individual where they are.\n\n \n\n**Why Do Kundalini Activation?**\n\nKundalini Activation is a transformative practice that unlocks profound physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual benefits, it helps you access deeper states of awareness and live more fully aligned with your true self. Here are some key reasons to explore Kundalini Activation:\n\n- **Transformation:** Release suppressed energy and clear emotional blockages to create space for growth and healing.\n- **Heightened Awareness:** Expand your consciousness, access unity states, and deepen your understanding of yourself and the world.\n- **Energetic Alignment:** Activate and balance your chakra system, awakening your full light body for enhanced energy flow.\n- **Mental Clarity and Focus:** Rewire your brain and nervous system to reduce mental clutter and enhance clarity, creativity, and intuition.\n- **Emotional Breakthroughs:** Liberate trapped emotions, foster resilience, and cultivate a sense of inner peace.\n- **Spiritual Embodiment:** Strengthen your connection to your higher self and integrate spiritual awareness into daily life.\n- **Personal Growth:** Overcome limiting beliefs, align with your highest potential, and make empowered, confident decisions.\n- **Life Transformation:** Experience lasting improvements in relationships, career, health, and overall purpose by aligning with your true essence.\n- **Deepened Spiritual Connection:** Access an energy beyond the personal self, creating a space to transcend ego and connect with the divine.\n\n \n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2024/12/28/17/52/31/156b221b-e35e-496a-b73b-bf3376b76564/Clara_KAP.2_171Lr ©Mark Simmons.jpg)\n\n**Kundalini Activation is more than a single session—it’s an ongoing journey toward authenticity, freedom, and awareness**\n\nKundalini Activation offers holistic transformation across physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. Participants frequently report heightened energy, mental clarity, emotional breakthroughs, and deeper connections with themselves and others. Other benefits include reduced stress, emotional balance, enhanced intuition, blissful states, and expanded consciousness. This process purifies, awakens, and aligns participants with their highest potential, fostering positive changes in health, relationships, work, and overall clarity in life.\n\n \n\n**Frequent Asked Questions **\n\n**Do I need any experience to join a class?**\n\nNo prior experience is necessary Kundalini activation classes are open to individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life, and there is no requirement to have any prior training in yoga, meditation, or energy work. What truly matters is approaching the class with an open mind and a belief in the existence of energy beyond one’s self.\n\n**Who shouldn’t do the Kundalini Activation process?**\n\nThis transmission of Kundalini energy is not recommended for those prone to mania, delusion or psychosis. As this process will expand your capacity to feel, you will have to be able to handle the emotional process in between sessions. If this is too difficult to handle on your own, we recommend you not to continue with the sessions.\n\n**I am depressed/anxious, can I still attend a class?**\n\nYes. Many participants report that Kundalini activation helped them with their anxiety/depression. Just be aware that if you’re on antidepressant medication, there’s a possibility that you could be less sensitive to the energy.\n\n**I am pregnant, can I still attend a class?**\n\nIf you are pregnant and in your third trimester we recommend you to wait until after birth to continue with the transmissions. Before the third trimester (7-9 months) it is ok to attend as long as you are feeling well and can, without problems, participate in activities such as gym activities or yoga, for example. Always let your facilitator know that you are pregnant before a Kundalini activation session. \n\n**I have had a Kundalini Awakening, is this Kundalini transmission appropriate for me?**\n\nExperiencing a Kundalini Awakening can deeply alter one’s consciousness and energy dynamics. The intensity of these changes may be overwhelming leading the energy to retreat and become dormant once again. This Kundalini activation process can provide valuable support following an awakening, aiding in the upgrade of the body and energy pathways, teaching the system how to accommodate higher light frequencies and manage the increased energy flow with greater ease.\n\n \n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2024/07/17/10/02/01/b691e70c-c358-4323-b586-501951f38d91/retreatposter%20(Instagram%20Post)%20(2).jpg)\n\n[**WWW.KUNDALINI-ACTIVATION.CO.UK**](https://kundalini-activation.co.uk/) \n**@** [**kap\\_clara**](https://www.instagram.com/kap_clara_uk/)\\_uk\n\nClara has spent the last 15 years immersed in self-discovery and healing through spiritual practice, tantra, and embodiment.
