"description": "Namaste beloveds,\n\n welcome to this offering - a whole day of Tantric/Neo-Tantric Meditations - practices and rituals of eros, heart and spirit.\n\nThese practises come from many teachers that I have studied with over the last 30 years, as well as my own practise and explorations, alone and with partners.\n\nI’d like to invite you to experience practices inspired by the Vigyan Bhariav (Shiva’s 109 sutras on Tantra). These practises will focus on rituals of devotion, beauty and honouring ourselves, and each other. We will focus our mediations this time around the practice of Latihan.\n\n**Latihan - Moved by Exisitance** - a movement meditation where we are moved by the grace of Existance.\n\n **The practice**\n\n_Latihan kejiwaan_ (or simply _latihan_) means \"spiritual exercise\" or \"training of the spirit\". It is a Javanese practise created by the Subud spiritual movement. It is unique for each person. It is a practise where we open, surrender and allow what arises from within, in spontaneous movements with no expectation of anything in advance. \n\nWe will enter into it alone, in couples, small groups through different mediative practices. \n\nIt can be done eyes open or eyes close.\n\nIt can manifest and express through movement, touch and voice - Divine voice (talking in tounges/light language). \n\nLatihan is a way of direct access to a [mystical experience](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mystical_experience) that helps us to unwind from our busy modern lifestyle. It is beneficial in it's capacity to cleanse the mind and relax, unwind the body and soul. \n\n \n\n**Further information:**\n\n**You do not need any experience of Latihan to join this day**\n\n A certain level of awareness, openness and willingness to explore is essential for your own self-care and synergy of the group. If you’re not sure if your eligible, please get in touch with me to have a conversation.\n\nI invite you to come, just as you are and feel. This is a safe space to welcome them and work with them in an embodied, held and ritual meditative space. It will be held and guided by Shanti and her experienced team.\n\nAll genders are welcome and celebrated. \n\nThis day will be full of playful, heartfelt deep erotic meditations that you can take home, to practice alone, or with another.\n\nYou are welcome to come alone, or with a partner, lover, or friend. \n\nAll genders are welcome.\n\n \n\nBring lunch to share\n\n \n\n**Where:** Bristol, Wild Goose Space, St werburghs, Bristol\n\n**When:** 10.30am – 5.30pm, November 15th\n\n \n\n**Cancellations:**\n\nTickets are non refundable. \n\nYou can sell them on, but please tell me, so I can send out the welcome info to the person you have sold it to.\n\n \n\n**Contact:** Shanti: 07875151582\n\n[shantitemplenights@gmail.com](mailto:shantitemplenights@gmail.com)\n\nLooking forward to being with you, in mediations of love,\n\nShanti\n\n \n\n_ **About me:** _\n\n_ **Shanti:** _\n\nShanti has been practising Tantra for 25 years. \nShe is Mama, Healer, Mover, Somatic Educator, Artist and a Creative. \nShe is intuitive, playful, a tribal gatherer and a little bit witchy.\n\n[https://www.templenights.co.uk/](https://www.templenights.co.uk/)",
