"description": "An evening of **Conscious connected breathwork & Crystal Bowl Sound Bath**\n\nJoin us for a **deeply nourishing** journey: A chance to slow down, drop in, and reconnect with yourself and each other. This extended 2.5hr event allows extra time for connection, therapeutic enquiry and integration.\n\n**Erica, integrative doctor and somatic practitioner** , will guide you through a therapeutic enquiry and conscious connected breathwork. This is a supported space to move through the body and process what's ready to be released.\n\n**Kate, sound practitioner** , will weave in the resonance of crystal singing bowls and as the breathwork journey settles, the sound bath draws you into rest, a chance to receive, integrate and simply be. Each instrument is tuned to specific frequencies that help release stagnant energy, **restore harmony** , and bring the body and mind back into balance.\n\nThis is a longer format workshop, allowing plenty of space for the full arc of the journey and time to connect with others in the room. **Come as you are.** We look forward to welcoming you. \n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/05/29/09/40/20/4bce8805-165e-47e3-b5ba-8c3f0aedd125/240426_EricaMcNabb_BrennaDuncan_BRD6157.JPG)\n\n**Exchange spot**\n\nWe have one spot available in exchange for help on the day. This means arriving around an hour before the session to help set up, and staying after to pack down. A lovely way to be part of creating the space if the financial contribution isn't possible right now.\n\n_To enquire about the exchange spot or the sliding scale, drop us a line — we'd love to hear from you - hello@iknowthisgirl.co.uk_\n\n \n\n**Medical disclaimer**\n\nConscious connected breathwork is a powerful practice and is not suitable for everyone. Please read the following carefully before booking.\n\nThis workshop is not recommended if you are currently experiencing or have a history of: cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy or seizures, severe psychiatric conditions (including active psychosis or bipolar disorder), detached retina, glaucoma, recent surgery or injury, severe COPD or respiratory conditions, pregnancy, or any condition where raised intrathoracic pressure is contraindicated.\n\nIf you are unsure whether breathwork is suitable for you, please consult your GP or healthcare provider before attending. You are welcome to contact Erica in advance with any questions. ([hello@drericamcnabb.com](mailto:hello@drericamcnabb.com)) \n \n\nParticipation in this event is voluntary. Erica and Kate are not liable for any adverse effects arising from breathwork undertaken against medical advice or without disclosure of relevant health conditions.\n\nBy completing your booking you confirm that you have read this disclaimer in full and that, to the best of your knowledge, you have no contraindications to participating in conscious connected breathwork.",
