"description": "Root & Rising Women's Circles are a chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life and spend a few hours in the company of like-minded women. Together we gather to rest, reflect, share stories, celebrate life's joys, and remember that we don't have to navigate everything alone. \n \nAs the wheel turns to late autumn and nature begins to slow down, we gather to honour this seasonal shift and create space for ourselves to do the same.\n\nThis extended Root & Rising circle combines two beautiful practices: a two-hour women's circle followed by a nourishing herbal sauna and fire pit evening.\n\nTogether we’ll reflect on the abundance of the summer months, release what we no longer need, and reconnect with ourselves through meditation, journaling, sharing, warmth, and seasonal ritual.\n\nWorking with the grounding energy of seasonal herbs and the healing element of heat, we’ll slow down, soften, and give our bodies the rest they deserve after the fullness of summer.\n\n**What to expect:**\n\nGuided meditation with sound \nA beautiful seasonal altar \nReflection on the theme of the evening \nJournaling prompts \nOptional sharing circle \nSeasonal ritual \nOracle card guidance \nHerbal tea and a small crystal gift \nHerbal sauna \nTime around the fire pit for connection and reflection\n\n**Why join:**\n\nDeep relaxation and space to pause \nA stronger connection to yourself and your intuition \nMeaningful conversations and community \nTime for reflection away from the demands of daily life \nLeave feeling grounded, peaceful, and recharged\n\nOver time circles can be truly life-changing. They offer a space to slow down, connect, and remember who you are beneath the noise of every day life.\n\n**Who's it for?**\n\nAny woman seeking calm, connection, and community.\n\nNo prior experience is needed, and no specific beliefs are required to feel at home. My circles are rooted in nature, reflection, seasonal living, and the simple magic of gathering together.",
