"description": "A Three-Day Immersive Retreat in Power, Presence and Play\n\n \n\nWhat does it mean to embody your power?\n\n \n\nWhat happens when a woman gives herself permission to lead, to desire, to command, and to be fully expressed?\n\n \n\nWho is this scene really for and how do you become magnetic to others?\n\n \n\nThis three-day immersive retreat is an invitation to explore the world of **Feminine Dominance (FemDom)** through the lens of empowerment, embodiment, communication, and conscious play.\n\nFar beyond stereotypes, FemDom is an art form. It is about presence, confidence, trust, boundaries, self-expression, and the exquisite dance of power exchange. It is an opportunity to explore different facets of yourself—your sensuality, your leadership, your voice, your desires, and your capacity to hold power with intention and care.\n\nOver three transformative days, we will gather in a supportive and judgment-free ritualist circle to learn, experiment, and connect with like-minded women and curious souls.\n\nWhether you are completely new to FemDom, secretly intrigued, or already walking this path and wishing to deepen your understanding, this retreat offers a space to explore with openness, curiosity, and consent at the centre of everything we do.\n\n \n\nTogether we will unlearn outdated stereotypes of Dominance and submission, remembering the ways of feminine power.\n\n \n\n[https://missjayne.myflodesk.com/theartofholding](https://missjayne.myflodesk.com/theartofholding)\n\n \n\n \n\n**Feminine Dominance (FemDom) at its heart is not about control for control's sake, nor is it about being harsh, cold, or conforming to a particular stereotype. **\n\n**It CAN be all those things but it does not have to be.**\n\n \n\nInstead, FemDom can be an exploration of:\n\n✨ Confidence and presence\n\n✨ Leadership and self-trust\n\n✨ Clear communication and boundaries\n\n✨ Desire, authenticity, and self-expression\n\n✨ The delicious energetic bond that occurs when someone is of utter devotion to You through conscious and consensual exchange of power\n\n \n\nThere is no one way to be a FemDom. She can be soft or strict, nurturing or commanding, playful or powerful, sensual or ceremonial. Female Dominance is deeply personal and can be expressed in countless ways.\n\n \n\nFEMININE POWER AND LEADERSHIP\n\nTraditional representations of Dominance have often been shaped through a masculine lens, where dominance can be associated with hierarchy, authority or performance.\n\n \n\nFemDom invites a different perspective.\n\n \n\nRather than imitating masculine expressions of power, many women discover that their dominance emerges from qualities that are uniquely their own:\n\n \n\n✨ Intuition over force\n\n✨ Presence over performance\n\n✨ Magnetism over control\n\n✨ Connection over command\n\n✨ Emotional intelligence alongside authority\n\n✨ Power that can be both fierce and deeply nurturing\n\n \n\nA FemDom may lead from softness just as much as from strength. She may command with a whisper rather than a shout. Her power often comes not from overpowering another person, but from her ability to know herself, hold boundaries, communicate clearly, and embody her desires unapologetically.\n\n \n\nThis retreat approaches FemDom as a path of self-discovery, embodiment, and conscious feminine power—an invitation to explore what leadership, dominance, and authentic expression mean to you, free from expectation, stereotype, or limitation.\n\n \n\n \n\nThe Power of Ritual and Circles\n\nWe will gather in ritual circle because for thousands of years, women have come together to share stories, pass down wisdom, witness one another's journeys.\n\nThere is something profoundly healing about being seen by other women—without needing to perform, explain, or be anything other than who you are.\n\n \n\nIn circle, we soften. \n\nWe unravel. \n\nWe remember.\n\n \n\nWe learn that our experiences are not isolated, that our unsured-ness is not shameful and that our curiosities and questions are often shared by others. We find courage in one another's vulnerability and strength in one another's honesty.\n\n \n\nTo be witnessed by another woman is powerful.\n\nTo be held by a circle of women is transformative.\n\nTo learn alongside other women is deeply alchemical.\n\n \n\nAs one woman steps into her power, she gives silent permission for another to do the same.\n\n \n\nThis retreat is more than an opportunity to learn about FemDom. It is an invitation to gather in sisterhood—to explore, question, celebrate, and expand together. To hold one another in curiosity and compassion. To witness each other's growth and cheer each other on as we reclaim the many expressions of our feminine power.\n\n \n\n \n\nA Real Time Sacred Play Space to Explore, Embody and Practice\n\nKnowledge is one thing. Embodiment is another.\n\nDuring our time together you will have guidance to learn and practice rope, impact and sensation Domination techniques.\n\nTo close our retreat, you'll have the opportunity to step into a carefully curated **Sacred Play Space** —a unique environment where learning comes alive through real-time experience.\n\nThis space will be **part guided facilitation, part open exploration**. Inviting you to integrate what you've learned with confidence and curiosity. You'll be supported by experienced facilitators throughout, with guidance available whenever you need it, while also having the freedom to discover your own authentic style of Dominance.\n\nTo support your learning journey, we will be joined by a select group of experienced, consenting subs who have chosen to be part of this educational experience. Their role is not simply to receive, but to actively support your development by creating opportunities for you to practise communication, negotiation, presence, leadership, and consensual power exchange in a safe and respectful environment.\n\nWhether you're giving your first command, exploring a new dynamic, practising impact or sensation play, or simply discovering what feels natural to you, you'll be held within a container where consent, communication, curiosity, and aftercare remain at the heart of every interaction.\n\nThere is no expectation to perform. There is no pressure to know everything.\n\nThis is a space to ask questions, experiment, make mistakes, receive feedback, build confidence, and discover what authentic feminine dominance feels like in your own body.\n\nBecause true confidence isn't learned from a book—it is cultivated through experience, supported by community, and held within a safe, intentional container.\n\n \n\n[https://missjayne.myflodesk.com/theartofholding](https://missjayne.myflodesk.com/theartofholding)\n\n \n\n \n\nDuring our weekend together\n\n \n\n \n\n✨ The foundations and philosophy of Feminine Dominance and power exchange while deconstructing stereotypical norms of Dominance and submission.\n\n \n\n✨ Confidence, presence, and stepping into your authority. Learning to command what you want FOR YOU.\n\n \n\n✨ Communication, consent, negotiation, and creating safe containers for exploration.\n\n \n\n✨ Boundaries, desires, and discovering what power means to you.\n\n \n\n✨ Archetypes of feminine power and the many expressions of Dominance.\n\n \n\n✨ Embodiment practices to awaken confidence, magnetism, and self-trust. The transformational potential of stepping into your authentic expression. \n\n \n\n✨ Ritual, sisterhood and honest conversations around sxuality, power, and pleasure (of all kinds, not just sxual pleasure).\n\n \n\n✨ Hands on practice of different Domination techniques and scene structure to lead with confidence in creating unforgettable experiences. \n\n \n\n✨ A sacred play space with willing subs to explore, play, and practice with in a consensual and supportive environment.\n\nThis is not about becoming someone else.\n\nThis is about remembering the woman who already exists within you—the one who knows her worth, trusts her intuition, and isn't afraid to take up space.\n\n \n\n \n\nJOIN THE RETREAT\n\n[https://missjayne.myflodesk.com/theartofholding](https://missjayne.myflodesk.com/theartofholding)\n\n \n\n**You Will Leave With….**\n\n ✨ A stronger relationship with your voice, your boundaries, and your desires.\n\n✨ Greater confidence in your ability to hold power with intention and integrity.\n\n✨ New perspectives on feminine leadership and authentic expression.\n\n✨ A deeper sense of self-trust and personal empowerment.\n\n✨ Meaningful connections and the remembrance that your power is something to be celebrated, not hidden.\n\n✨ Practical skills in impact, bondage, sensation and safety to take into your own play time.\n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n**What You Will Receive**\n\n ✨ A deeper understanding of Feminine Dominance and conscious power dynamics.\n\n✨ Greater confidence in expressing your desires and boundaries.\n\n✨ Practical tools for communication, consent, and self-awareness.\n\n✨ A supportive community of women exploring power, authenticity, and embodiment.\n\n✨ The opportunity to connect with your sensuality and your personal expression of feminine power.\n\n✨ Permission to explore, question, learn, and expand without shame or judgment.\n\n✨ A renewed sense of confidence, self-trust, and empowerment.\n\n \n\n \n\n \n\nYou don’t need to have experience with Femdom, ritual, circle work, or embodiment practices. I'm Miss Jayne. I'm a Professional Dom!natrix and Sx Witch who brings together the worlds of sacred sxuality and conscious k!nk to provide spaces for healing sexual shame, reclaiming our power and coming together in sacred union.\n\nIt is my mission to guide women as they return to their inner truth, wisdom and sovereignty; restoring feminine leadership and reshaping the ways in which we live and relate to each other.\n\nIt is my belief that when women initiate themselves into the feminine mysteries and stand in their inner power, we will call everyone home to respect, kindness and love. Here is where we can build towards sacred union with ourselves, others and the Earth.",
