I trust we are channels and when well resourced, nourished and nurtured and deeply connected, we can shift worlds. **\n\n….\n\nSo we start small, we gather. \n\nThis isn't about taking on the weight of the world. \n\nThis is about inner safety, inner calm, truth, embodiment, connection and deeply anchoring into yourself again. \n\nThis is about letting yourself put down the weight you've been carrying and allowing the circle to witness you in this softening. \n\nThis is about tending to yourself with reverence and care. \n\nThe main focus of this first gathering is on supporting **your body, your health, your nervous system and hormones**. \n\nIn a world which contains many toxins that disrupt all of this it is our duty to self to take the time to replenish and tend to our most basic needs before trying to pour from an empty cup. \n\n \n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/07/07/19/36/58/f2133c6f-47c8-4dd4-b41d-1e6698db637b/WildBones_danniellajaine-66.jpg)\n_Wild Bones Retreat 2025_\n\n \n\n**So, what does oxytocin need? **\n\n….\n\nConnection, comfort, depth, stillness, talking, opening, vulnerability, belonging, movement, sisterhood, touch… all of which we will bathe in for the day - just as they would have in the red tents. \n\n \n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/07/07/19/38/56/c9d703be-2267-4980-b962-988c7d62cb59/WildBones_danniellajaine-178.jpg)\n\n \n\n* * *\n\n \n\n# **What To Expect:**\n\n_11am-6:30pm_\n\n11am \n** Arrive & Settle** \n\n11:15-12 :15 \n**Foraged Blue Lotus & Rose Tea Ceremony & Opening Circle ** \n- Stillness & Deep Listening -\n\n12:15-1 \n**Gentle Embodied Homecoming ** \n-Movement as Prayer-\n\n1-2 \n**Lunch , Nourish & Nurture ** \n-Food is Medicine-\n\n2-2:30 \n**Dreaming & Visioning ** \n-Remembering the Red Thread-\n\n2:30-4 \n**Devotional Touch ** \n\n4-5 \n**Womb Tending **\n\n5-6 \n**Dinner - Nourished & Nurtured** \n\n6-6:30 \n**Closing Circle** \n\n \n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/07/07/19/39/36/319c2cb0-ca43-4641-83ae-66ba5b0ce28b/WildBones_danniellajaine-199.jpg)\n_Devotional Touch Ritual 2025_\n\n* * *\n\n## _In a world which is so fast paced we mustn't forget ;_\n\n \n\n_ **-That stillness brings clarity - ** _\n\n_Their weapon is teaching us that productivity = worth…_ \n_Our antidote is stopping the hussle, sitting with what is and remembering another way. A cyclical matraichal way. _\n\n \n\n_ **-That rest is essential - ** _\n\n_The pace we live at has never existed. We aren't broken, we are trying to live at 100x the speed of our natural rhythms and the most brave thing to do is say f\\*\\*k no, and rest. _\n\n \n\n_ **-That in boredom magic is born-** _\n\n_In the moments of nothingness, when we fully stop and have nothing on our mind, when we stop searching for something to fill our time, we stop scrolling, reaching for distractions - this is when the magic can reach us, the messages, the guidance, the bliss, the reason for it all. _\n\n \n\n_ **-That our bodies can only hold so much when we go at it alone-** _\n\n_Trying to keep up with the news, politics, best water source, best food source, corruption, who to trust, who not to trust, how to get by… all by yourself will weigh on you far too much. When we hold it together, it's possible and gives space to deepen so much more into the truth and balance it out with beauty, love and connection._\n\n \n\n_ **-That out bodies are our guide and our wombs our anchor -** _\n\n_We hold the answers within us, we don't need to complicate it. _\n\n \n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/07/07/19/37/19/21fe8679-dd47-43e8-8e06-74ddf1661e49/WildBones_danniellajaine-155.jpg)\n_‘Welcome to Womanhood’ - Initiation Ceremony 2025_\n\n* * *\n\n \n\n### This retreat is a returning home to one self... \n\n \n\nBecause our sensitivity is our gift, our birthright and our superpower.. And through numbing, hustle culture, being shamed and medicated for our intuition, deep feeling, deeply knowing and attunement to the unseen ... we've lost our connection to our deepest senses that anchor us in to body, earth, truth and our pleasure .. and in a time where the world feels a lot it would feel easier to stay numb and checked out. However I trust when we come together we expand our capacity to hold and know the truths whilst simultaneously opening ourselves to more joy, more pleasure, more depth and an unwavering connection to ourselves and the divine.\n\n \n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/07/07/19/40/29/b39fa20c-8dd8-487c-be5b-ca455d4bd95b/WildBones_danniellajaine-212.jpg)\n_Integration Circle post Devotional Touch - 2025_\n\n* * *\n\n \n\n## EXCHANGE\n\n### Full Day Retreat\n\nWith Lunch, Dinner and Drinks provided \n \n\nFull Day Retreat - Actual Price : £66 \n\nConcession (limited availability) : £50 \n\nSupporter - Help those sisters less privileged : £77\n\n2 Women Discount : £110 \n\nMumma Loving : £55\n\nPayment Plan 2x £33 or 3x£23 \n\nTo book, book through here or directly through me.\n\n🙏 😊 🙏\n\nAll payments to be made 1 week prior to the event. \n\n \n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/07/07/19/40/41/04c0a1c9-3aa2-4d57-ba68-fc829b99d38c/WildBones_danniellajaine-386.jpg)\n\n* * *\n\n## _Your Host_\n\n_Anouska _\n\n I am an Embodiment and parts work guide whose background is Embodiment counseling, Cyclical living, Inner child therapy, Parts work and Trauma informed care & counselling. I have been holding ceremonies, events and retreats for 7 years and am the creator of The Red Tent (A travelling red tent for women) I am passionate about supporting women back to their power. \n\nThrough ceremony, deep listening and witnessing, shadow work, exploring sacred sensuality, tantra and connecting deeply to our inner child & to our cyclical womby nature I continue to witness women deepen their relationship to themselves and their aliveness. I have and am still meeting new expansive, alive and juicy parts of myself everyday and so very grateful for all my mirrors. My intention is to create a super nourishing container for us to come together and fill up our cups through connection, meditation, stillness, movement, touch, delicious food and with many tools which I will share to help support our bodies and our nervous systems to thrive. \n\nThis is the red thread movement.\n\n \n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/07/07/13/01/44/196767a5-4d34-4b07-a5ea-a0501a9d8527/The_Magical_Noush-90.jpg)\n_Anouska _\n\n \n\n* * *\n\n \n\n> This work has called to me for many years. To hold ceremony for deep remembering that we are one heartbeat, one thread to weave one tapestry together. We are alive in a time of great awakening and change and also of great suffering and pain.\n\n> To hold these polarities without numbing or dissociating means we have to do it together. We have to return to the village and allow all that is not working to crumble, this takes many deaths and rebirths internally and will take us bravely stating our needs, boundaries, dreams and visions. To come home to ourselves is to come home to our power and our missions. \n> \n> The mission to ripple to all missions is honouring ourselves, our bodies, our wombs, our sisters, our children, community and the land we stand upon. \n> \n> it starts here.\n\n \n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/07/07/19/41/00/4ea30b10-33eb-4aa1-b52f-6cb2ffc8c82d/WildBones_danniellajaine-438.jpg)\n_Laughter is medicine_\n\n* * *\n\n \n\n_ **Fast paced practicality has stripped us of Beauty, Magic and Art. ** _\n\nThis retreat is held in the gorgeous Angel Hall in south Devon where beauty is honoured as a human need and not some afterthought. This day retreat is a gift to yourself or possibly a gift for a friend, a sister, a mother, a lover, who deserves a day of beauty, nourishment, care and connection, Because I truly believe witnessing and feeling beauty is a human need. Devon is home to some of the most outstanding beauty in England.\n\n \n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/07/07/13/09/01/965dbb5f-9afc-47aa-ba64-c9e9421f4e53/angel-hall-5_orig.jpg)\n_The Angel Hall_\n\n \n\nLocation & Address sent after booking. \n\n* * *\n\n**When we gather we are sitting in prayer for our future ... **\n\n_A world that is thriving _ \n_Equality is at the core _ \n_Matriarchal system_ \n_ Children safe_ \n_ Women honoured_ \n_ Elderly respected_ \n_ Everyone initiated guided and held in community and tribe_ \n_ The land is tended to with care_ \n_ The waters protected and running clear_ \n_The air is clean_ \n_ The indigenous lead_ \n_ Justice has been served_\n\n_ ** We are all Nourished & Nurtured.** _\n\n \n\n* * *\n\n \n\n### _ **Women are sense-ual alchemists ** _\n\n \n\nwe sense the world beyond the seen \n we sense the ripples moving through the lands and although right now there is deep grief and pain there is also the undercurrents.. \nwe sense when the mycelium net work the red thread is strengtheing and when a new foundation is being built underground that not everyone yet has felt... \nWe can sense something unwavering returning... and yet to hold this new world emerging, we need to hold ourselves and nurture our beings to set the new tone.\n\n \n\n \n\n* * *\n\n \n\n**This is the Red thread. **\n\n_This is women remembering. It is the witches. It is the psychics, it's is the oracles who come together knowing that something is beckoning them inwards and down, to spiral deep into their own depths to meet their most vibrant, erotic, alive selves. Together we find ourselves, we find safety in our bodies, we nourish ourselves, we tend to the parts screaming for attention & we hold ourselves as we descend deep into our earthly core to be able to show up as the change makers and create the ripples we know we are here to make_.\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/07/07/19/41/55/a3277f86-8d58-4df5-a337-b6abf3684a70/WildBones_danniellajaine-201.jpg)\n_Devotional Touch Ritual 2025_\n\n* * *\n\n \n\nI hope to see you there \n\n29th November 2026 \n\n \n\nMuch Love\n\nAnouska \n\nxx \n \n\nNo refund policy due to the nature of these events. \n Photography from Wild Bones Retreat 2025 \n@lensfairy @danniellajaine",
