"description": "**A retreat for people between 18 and 42** \n \nIntegral Youth Gatherings bring together **around 25 young people** in a beautiful place in nature to explore personal, spiritual, and relational growth - inspired by **Ken Wilber’s ** [**Integral Theory**](https://integrallife.com/what-is-integral-approach/) **.**\n\nMore than just learning, it’s a space for ** co-being** : practicing new ways of relating, growing together, and embodying transformation in community. \n\nAs a non-profit and co-created gathering, every activity — from meditations to talks, hikes to music jams — is **offered by participants like you**.\n\nThis is a space for us to **co-create the world that we want to live in.** \n \n \n**What people love about IYGs :** \n- A sense of deep connection and belonging \n- Building new, supportive friendships \n- Learning about different practices, disciplines, and ways of being \n- Healing through feeling truly seen and heard \n- A space to explore relationships with more awareness \n- Having the opportunity to experiment and share your gifts with others \n- Meeting potential partners for future projects \n \n**Don't worry,** you don't have to know a lot about integral theory or anything. We will just make quick resonance call to start to connect with each other and to answer any questions you might have. \n \nYou can get all the info needed on our website: [https://www.integralyouthgatherings.com/](https://www.integralyouthgatherings.com/) (you cannot get any tickets here since that's not how we work) \n \n**Organizers' note:** \nThere are many co-created events, but IYGs have always felt quite special to us. Their relatively small size creates the conditions for meeting one another with a depth and authenticity that's hard to find in everyday life or at larger events. We have the time and space to be genuinely curious about each other, to move far beyond small talk, and to build meaningful connections.\n\nOne of the things we also really appreciate is the diversity of what people bring. Some come with years of experience in embodiment practices, while others share fresh perspectives or ideas they've been exploring. Some naturally create spaces for circling and authentic relating, while others share their love for and knowledge of the path of awakening. Every gathering has its own unique flavor, shaped by the people who are there.\n\nFinally, what continues to surprise us is how inspired we feel by everyone. Every person has explored something deeply, or embodies a quality of presence that we learn from. That's probably the most precious thing to us. \n \nIf that resonates and you want to join, you can send Cécilia a message on Whatsapp or Telegram: \n+336 26 91 18 57. \n \n✨",
