"description": "We are overjoyed to be offering this one year training programme in Lojong by Lama Tsering Paldron from Bodhicharya Portugal.\n\n“_Enlightened Courage, **Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche** ‘s commentary on **The Seven Points of Mind Training** by **Geshe Chekawa Yeshe Dorje** , is one of the most practical and inspiring presentations of the Buddhist path._\n\n_Lojong teaches us how to transform every circumstance of life—even difficulties, conflicts, and disappointment—into opportunities for awakening. Rather than trying to change the world to suit our preferences, we gradually learn to transform the way we relate to it, discovering greater freedom, compassion, and inner stability._\n\n_The courage spoken of in this text is not the courage to fight, to prove ourselves, or to become invulnerable. It is the courage to let go of the instinct to defend the ego at every turn. Little by little, blame gives way to understanding, resentment to compassion, and our ordinary struggles become the very path to awakening._\n\n_With his characteristic warmth and clarity, Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche reveals that mind training is not about becoming someone else, but about uncovering the wisdom and compassion that have always been present within us._\n\n_These timeless teachings offer a practical guide to living with an open heart, whatever life may bring._” **~ Tsering Paldron**",
