"description": "I **n this particular session we will be using hand dyed felt and wool to create spells/prayers/intentions under the energy of the full moon. Working with limiting beliefs and the laws of manifesting we’ll stitch pieces that hold intention, prayers and healing as we get clearer on what we’d like to welcome into our lives next.**\n\nWhat would you like to invite into your life right now?\n\nWhat would you gift yourself if you dared to be bold?\n\nWhat does your heart desire even if it feels vulnerable or impossible?\n\nAnd what parts of you hold back, resist or don't allow you to receive those things?\n\nThese workshops are embodied and magical stitching where fabric and thread is energy and intention. They're an imaginative mix of somatic creativity, journal prompts, small moments of easy guided meditation, connection to landscape, ritual, and time to share and be witnessed.\n\nUsing colour, fabric and beautifully imperfect stitches (no experience necessary) we explore our connection to self and our inner worlds.\n\nIt's wonky, witchy stitching - a sacred energy tool for navigating life transitions and any feelings of being lost or at a crossroads.\n\n**This is a part of a series of 4 workshops this autumn. Come to one or come to them all! **\n\nTimings: 10am-3pm\n\nVenue: At a beautiful Georgian townhouse, in central Exeter Devon Just a few minutes walk from the high street. Please note there is no parking available.\n\nTea/coffee and biscuits provided. **Each session will run with a short break for lunch (please bring your own).**\n\nAll fabric and materials provide. \n\nPlease remember to bring glasses if needed.\n\nCurrently we are unable to accommodate accessibility needs as the toilets are upstairs but we are working to address this in the near future.\n\n**Other upcoming dates are:**\n\nHeart Healing Collage Sat Nov 14th\n\nStitching Wisdom-Heart Pouch Bags (Solstice Session) Sat Dec 19th",
