"description": "Special session. Facilitators just finished facilitator training as well as Natalia, will be holding a space for you. Energy you cant replicate or repeat.\n\nThis is not another class. This is an experience of pure energy.\n\nYou know that feeling when you snap at your kids and then feel terrible? When you lie in bed exhausted but cannot switch off? When you keep waiting for life to feel different but nothing seems to shift? When you want a new job, a better relationship, more clarity, more joy, but you cannot seem to get out of your own way?\n\nThat is not a personality problem. That is stuck energy.\n\n \n\nI am Natalia, founder of Luv Yourself Space and creator of the PRISM™ Method, an internationally accredited approach to Kundalini Activation, Breathwork and Non-Duality recognised by IPHM, the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine. My work weaves Kundalini Activation, breathwork, somatic healing and non-dual presence to awaken what already lives inside you.\n\n \n\nI trained directly with Venant Wong in KAP Level 2 and with Serena Olsen and Pi Villaraza in Innerdance, the roots of KAP itself. I am also a certified breathwork facilitator. But instead of repeating a method I chose the path of freedom. In my space every person does not step into a new cage. They step into their own power.\n\nThis is not woo woo. This is science meeting energy. And it works.\n\n**What to expect:**\n\nDepending on the session, you will\n\n- experience conscious connected breathwork to shift your state fast\n- a safe natural activation of your Kundalini energy\n- release of emotional physical and energetic blocks\n- a shift from mind chatter into deep presence\n- heightened awareness and a sense of inner power\n- and integration that continues long after the session ends.\n\nYou do not need any experience. You simply need to allow yourself to be present and let the energy move.\n\n**Why people come:**\n\n- To stop screaming at their kids and actually enjoy them.\n- To finally feel something shift in a relationship that has felt stuck for years.\n- To find the clarity to make the career change they have been avoiding.\n- To feel lighter in their own body.\n- To wake up and actually want to get out of bed.\n- To break free from the old version of themselves they have outgrown.\n\nSpaces are limited. Book now and let your energy rise.\n\nWith luv, Natalia\n\n \n\n_PRISM™ is the only Kundalini Activation method with independent scientific validation through EEG brain mapping and IPHM accreditation. The research has been accepted for presentation at an international conference for psychology and neuroscience in Washington, with further conferences in London, Oxford and Austria._",
