"description": "A 60 minute session to relax, reset and take time for yourself as we head into the festive season. This can be a time when calendars get full and stresses run high, so this will be a lovely opportunity to pause and rest amongst all that is going on.\n\nWe will start with some gentle breathwork and meditation before settling into a long rest, accompanied by the beautiful and relaxing sound of singing bowls and other sound healing instruments.\n\nAll welcome, no experience necessary. \n\nIf you have any questions, feel free to message Bethan at [rootedwithbethan@gmail.com](mailto:rootedwithbethan@gmail.com) \n\nSee you soon, \nBethan x\n\n🌿 **Rooted | Gatherings inspired by the rhythms of nature** 🌿\n\n[**Browse all my events here**](https://dandelion.events/o/rooted/events) (sound baths, yoga, drumming circles & more) \nInstagram & Facebook: [@rootedwithbethan](https://www.instagram.com/rootedwithbethan/) \nSubscribe to my mailing list [here](https://dandelion.events/o/rooted).\n\n**A bit more about me** \n \nBethan, a yoga, sound and drum circle facilitator, holds spaces to bring people together to ground and gather, whilst having fun and building connection to ourselves and those around us in a way that feels real, welcoming and supportive. \n\nShe came to yoga when she began to fall out of love with the general fitness world, and it has been a huge part of her journey with chronic pain, providing mobility and strength she otherwise may have never had. \n\nHer discovery of sound healing, and then especially when re-discovering the drum, felt like a real homecoming. Not gatekeeping music and sound to the performative world where you have to be “good at it”, instead opening this up for all of us to feel into its transformational power. Bethan believes sound has an unbelievable ability to bring us into presence, release stress and find connection or clarity.\n\nWhether a fluid flow, a restorative sound bath or an energising drumming circle, her offerings take deep inspiration around the lunar cycles and the seasons, as Bethan believes that nature and our land has so much to show us. Hence why outside of these spaces you’ll usually find her in the water, way out in the countryside (likely lost) or drumming around the stones of Avebury!",
