"description": "ADD A SHOT OF ENDORPHINS TO YOUR MORNING COFFEE :)\n\nWake up your body. Lift your mood. WEDNESDAYS | 9–10 am | Victoria Park (next to the café) | Movement in the park with silent disco headsets\n\nStart your day with music, fresh air, and a different kind of energy. Pop on a headset, tune into the music, and move in whatever way feels good—no steps, no pressure, no experience needed. We’ll begin with a gentle guided warm-up, build into uplifting tracks, and finish with a short grounding so you leave feeling clear, energised, and ready for the day ahead. In times where life can feel busy and full-on, taking an hour to move your body, breathe, and be around others can lift your mood, reduce stress, and help you feel more connected.\n\nCome solo or bring a friend—stay for a coffee and a chat afterwards if you like.\n\n£10 | £8 when you bring a friend | All adults welcome | No alcohol. No phones. Just music, movement, and a good start to your day.",
