"description": "**If you're craving an edgy and exciting space where you can explore taboo topics and unpack your shadow material, with love, mischief and celebration at the core, this is for you. **\n\nWe are creating a container safe _enough_ for real daring, where you can be tender, vulnerable, open-hearted, wild and an unapologetic badass bitch all at once. \n\n_ **Together we'll shift how you relate to desire, boundaries and power, helping you get more clarity on what you really want, and practice standing up for yourself with confidence, kindness and skill.** _\n\n## [_ **Check out our taster event on the 30th September** _](https://dandelion.events/e/badgirltaster)\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/08/21/12/03/59/24e38806-d8e3-479e-9ae9-6896449b0091/ECSTATIC (8).jpg)\n_The Vibe_\n\n## **Why Badgirl Bootcamp?**\n\nAs women we've been societally conditioned to be the peace-makers, the people pleasers, the 'good girls'.\n\nEven those of us who are years into ‘the work’, still find ourselves bending our boundaries to accommodate others, holding back from asking for what we really want, and shying away from wielding the power that’s available to us.\n\nBad Girl Bootcamp is a closed group for women on the journey of personal development, who are ready to explore and transform their relationship to desires, boundaries and power.\n\n**Through this work, we become women who:**\n\n- Speak truth to power and challenge systems of oppression\n- Claim our right to rest, pleasure, and play\n- Ask for what we're worth - in money, time, and recognition\n- Redirect energy spent on invisible labour towards things we care about\n- Stop trying to do everything ourselves and start asking for the support we need\n- Celebrate our own victories and revel in the success of others\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/08/20/17/29/45/b79a78f1-8090-4755-865e-93f656e7dee9/acae22da-e41b-48ed-b79c-036e6c40426c.jpeg)\n\n## **What Happens in Bad Girl Bootcamp?**\n\nThis work is about what happens to us _in relationship -_ the way we bend, crumble or shrink around others - so the sessions centre on partner and group exercises designed to get to the root of our 'good girl' conditioning, and to practice, with real humans, standing up for ourselves with power and love.\n\nDrawing on over a decade of group facilitation experience, we hold this as an emergent space, responding to the themes arising in the group rather than making our way through a fixed curriculum.\n\nThe group is heavily inspired by the work of Kasia Urbaniak, Taoist nun, world-class dominatrix, teacher and author, whose potent and playful teachings have been influential in our own empowerment journeys. Using some of Kasia's frameworks, we'll explore desire, boundaries and power in an embodied way, bringing the teachings to life through movement and voice-work.\n\nSome things we will include:\n\n- **Partner and group inquiry** - to unearth the root causes of our relationship patterns\n- **Movement and dance** - to regulate and energise our bodies, making us more available for the work\n- **Embodied games** - to playfully explore and rewire our relationship to desire and power\n- **Voice work, song, and sounding ritual** - to release emotion and support us to unlock our voices.\n- **Role play** - to practice asking for what we want or giving challenging feedback\n- **Small group sharing circles** - to process what’s arising in session, witnessing and celebrating each other\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/08/20/17/32/19/ffff001e-5518-474f-a9e0-bb4a7d28f8a4/TRUENATURE-287.jpg)\n\n## The Commitment\n\nThis is a closed container, which means we’ll be journeying with the same group of women for 5 sessions over 3 months.\n\nTo preserve the integrity of the space, we request attendance at all sessions and prompt time keeping. This helps us to create a tight container, showing respect for each other’s time, and builds trust and depth week on week.\n\nWe’ll of course be flexible in the case of sickness or emergency, but if your life is already crammed, or you know there’s more than one date you can’t do, we request that you wait until next time we run this group, as lateness and dropping in and out become disruptive to the group process.\n\n### **Dates and Times**\n\nSessions are held every other Wednesday from 7-9:30pm\n\n1. 14th Oct\n2. 28th Oct\n3. 11th Nov\n4. 25th Nov\n5. 9th Dec\n\nPlease arrive 10-15 minutes before 7pm so we can get settled and ready to begin at 7.\n\n* * *\n\n## About your Facilitators\n\n![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/08/21/11/54/10/0bd7b21e-59d2-4535-9fa5-738c6286a3ce/Gaia-34.jpg)\n\n## Gaia Harvey Jackson\n\nGaia is a group work facilitator specialising in women's empowerment, relationship coaching, and conscious dance. \n \nShe has been holding playful and deep spaces for transformation since 2016 including women’s circles, dance events, courses, retreats and her flagship 9 month facilitator training programme; EMPOWER.\n\nGaia’s work centres around the messiness of the human experience and our universal desire for peace, freedom, love and connection.\n\nShe weaves together inquiry, embodiment, relational life therapy (RLT), ritual and mindfulness into an integrated approach that works across the psychological, spiritual, emotional and somatic levels of being, to bring greater awareness to our shadow patterns, and practices to find greater levels of freedom and aliveness.\n\nGaia co-founded [True Nature](https://www.truenature.org.uk/) - a platform for feminine empowerment - in 2023 and worked as a core member of The Psychedelic Society from 2016 - 2024.\n\nOther organisations she has worked with include Medicine Festival, Morning Gloryville, Togetherness, Alter Ego Network, Ecstatic Dance UK, Noisily, and Ecosystem Restoration Camps.\n\n**Training and Experience**\n\n- Certified Relational Life Therapy Coach\n- Trauma informed practitioner\n- In relational therapy for 6 years\n- Certified coach with the MOE Foundation\n- Regular supervision to support practice\n- Graduate of Yoga of Sound and Chocolate and Midwifing the Veils\n- Worked with thousands of people over 10 years delivering group work\n\nFind out about all Gaia's offerings here: [www.gaiaharveyjackson.com](https://l.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.gaiaharveyjackson.com%2F%3Ffbclid%3DIwAR1kdV1GqNgK7hOfUvOIkQ61pjW2m2feMZZ9uAHj5JiJNL2nqLNKg41NJcI&h=AT0fPhQtIVxRwKOHsRYvtmWRmHuqfcQSxfUmjmpmdcuPyYtwUsggOgiXlBdzuTe3JWK1jhSofVy_QdaVEEU3T2wvb8ToYjP4RKsWYDjd59-6m4vAKXOHJCHrj7dPosFJIUtLrBc)\n\n_“Gaia always holds a safe and loving space to explore the depths of our souls.
