This will be followed with sacred mantra to uplift and inspire our souls.\n\nAfter a short break to set up your cozy 'sleeping nests,' you will receive a brief introduction to gongs and vibrations before being bathed in their sound waves until the morning light. As the powerful vibrations and harmonics wash over you, they will induce deep relaxation and natural altered states of consciousness, helping to release tensions and blockages. You will awaken revitalized and rejuvenated, brimming with a new zest for life!\n\nThe sound may feel quite intense at moments at the beginning of the night, but we will gently ease into a more comforting flow until the early morning. Around 5:30 am, the gongs will fall silent for 30 minutes of stillness and reflection. During this time, you will dive into SHUNIA—a state of deep listening and profound silence—before being gently awakened by the sounds of the shabd, (healing mantras) that help you arise into a new you and a new life. We will then perform some celestial meditation to celebrate our fresh new beginning.\n\nWhat to Bring 🧘\n\nTo ensure you have the most comfortable experience, please bring the following:\n\n• Comfortable Clothing: Wear clean, comfortable clothes (light colors are best). The hall is warm, but please bring extra layers like socks, slippers, or jumpers to ensure you stay cozy throughout the night.\n\n• Sleeping Gear: Pillows, a sleeping bag, blankets, duvets, a camping/yoga mat, or any other items that will help you be comfortable as you will be sleeping on the floor.\n\n• Essentials: An eye mask, earplugs, water, and healthy snacks for the morning.\n\n• Nourishment: Have a good meal at least one hour before the event, but do not eat anything too heavy. You may pass it on to a friend.\n\nFacilitators\n\nThe Gong Bath will be led by Gong Teachers:\n\n• Joanna Bilik\n\n• Kwali Kumara\n\n• & Special Guests\n\nWhat is a Gong Puja?\n\nPuja (Sanskrit & Pali: pūjā) is an expression of \"honor and devotional attention.\" A Gong Puja is a sacred space for honoring our being's innate ability to heal—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It is the truest form of honoring thyself!\n\nIn our Galactic all-night Gong Puja, the gongs are played gently throughout the night while guests sleep, bathed in their healing vibrations. As you are immersed in this cosmic ocean of sound, you repair and rejuvenate as the vibrations wash over you, cleansing, unblocking, and setting you free. The powerful harmony created by the gong tones brings about an inner stillness where deep healing can occur.\n\nThe pioneering Swiss mathematician and musicologist Hans Cousto, who calculated the planetary frequencies used in today's gongs, discovered it takes 45 minutes to complete a full sound journey.\n\nYogi Bhajan, the Master of Kundalini Yoga, believed the gong was the most powerful tool for healing, and that this 45-minute session could clear immediate blocks. He stated that ten consecutive gong healings would clear most blocks so that the soul could then heal itself, relieving the body of human suffering and helping us return to a state of belonging and joy.\n\nIn 2000, Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux, whom Joanna produced a movie that achieved viral YouTube Status “Journey into Gongs and Sound Therapy” about and facilitated with many times, developed the first official Overnight Gong Puja to deliver these ten consecutive gong baths in one grand night of healing. As participants slept, their minds could float in a state of cosmic consciousness while their bodies rested in the most optimal state for healing—deep sleep. This 7.5-hour experience is the equivalent of ten 45-minute gong baths, a truly timeless journey.\n\nImportant Information:\n\nIs a Gong Puja suitable for everyone?\n\nGong baths, in general, are not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, those who suffer from fits (epileptics), or anyone who is extremely sensitive to sound. They are also not recommended for women in the first trimester of pregnancy due to the unstable nature of that time.\n\nIf you wear a hearing aid, please turn it off during the session. If you have any health concerns, please consult with your doctor in advance.\n\nLooking forward to celebrating and serving you with love.\n\n \n\nJoanna Bilik\n\n07973353815\n\nKwali Kumara\n\n07795273401",
