"description": "# Free Online Chakra Workshop Series\n\n### Explore the 7 Chakras Through Kundalini Yoga, Mantra, Breathwork & Meditation\n\n**Every Wednesday at 7pm | Online | Completely Free**\n\nHello and blessings beautiful being,\n\nThank you for finding your way here. \n\nI’ve recently returned from Rishikesh, India, where I spent a month at a yoga school at the foothills of the Himalayas completing my 200-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training.\n\nIt was an amazing experience and I came home with so much knowledge, inspiration and a whole new appreciation of the yogic traditions...there's SO much to learn.\n\nOne thing I didn’t get as much of during the course, was the opportunity to practise teaching.\n\nSo, I’ve decided to create these **free online weekly chakra workshops** as a way of sharing what I’ve learned, continuing to develop my teaching practice, and creating a space where we can explore these beautiful traditions together.\n\n## What is the Chakra Workshop Series?\n\nOver **7 weeks** , we’ll explore the traditional chakra system, dedicating one Wednesday evening to each of the seven major chakras.\n\nEach week will focus on a different chakra and include a combination of:\n\nKundalini Yoga practices \nPranayama (breathwork) \nMantra \nMudras \nMeditation \nVisualisation \nGentle movement and kriyas \nTeachings about the chakra and its traditional associations\n\nYou don't need to be experienced in yoga or meditation, however a little knowledge about the chakra system would be beneficial - but not essential.\n\nYou can join for one workshop or come along for the whole seven-weeks.\n\n## The 7-Week Journey\n\n**Week 1 | Muladhara | Root Chakra** \nGrounding • Stability • Safety • Connection to Earth\n\n**Week 2 | Svadhisthana | Sacral Chakra** \nCreativity • Flow • Sensuality • Emotions\n\n**Week 3 | Manipura | Solar Plexus Chakra** \nPersonal power • Confidence • Transformation • Fire\n\n**Week 4 | Anahata | Heart Chakra** \nLove • Compassion • Connection • Devotion\n\n**Week 5 | Vishuddha | Throat Chakra** \nCommunication • Truth • Expression • Authenticity\n\n**Week 6 | Ajna | Third Eye Chakra** \nIntuition • Awareness • Inner vision • Perception\n\n**Week 7 | Sahasrara | Crown Chakra** \nConsciousness • Spiritual connection • Meditation • Unity\n\n \n\n## The traditions I follow...\n\nThe practices I share are inspired by **Kundalini Yoga and Hindu traditions** , including traditional approaches to mantra, meditation, pranayama, mudra and the chakra system.\n\nMy intention isn't to tell you that your chakras are \"blocked\" or that a particular practice will magically fix your life.\n\nThese are workshops designed to help you **learn, explore and experience** these ancient practices for yourself.\n\n## I'm sure you're wondering about Kundalini?\n\nYou may have noticed the words _Kundalini Yoga_ above and wondered whether you're about to accidentally awaken something on your own, in your home\n\nDon't worry.\n\nThese workshops are not designed to induce a Kundalini awakening, and I am not a KAP (Kundalini Activation Process) practitioner.\n\nThe practices I'm sharing come from the traditional Kundalini Yoga training I completed in Rishikesh.\n\n## Who are these workshops for?\n\nAbsolutely anyone over 18 who is curious about:\n\n- Chakras and the subtle energy body\n- Kundalini Yoga\n- Meditation\n- Mantra\n- Pranayama/Breathwork\n- Hindu and yogic traditions\n- Developing a personal spiritual practice\n- Taking a little time out of the week to reconnect with themselves\n\n**No previous yoga, meditation or chakra experience is necessary.**\n\n## What you'll need\n\nA quiet, comfortable space where you won't be disturbed.\n\nA yoga mat or something comfortable to sit on, space to move.\n\nPlease arrive with an empty stomach, as we'll be doing some breathwork and movement.\n\n## A little note from me\n\nI'm at the beginning of my teaching journey, and these workshops are part of me putting into practice everything I've learned in Rishikesh.\n\nSo while I will always prepare thoughtfully and teach to the best of my ability, I'm also here to learn.\n\nYour feedback is genuinely welcome and will help me grow as a teacher.\n\nMy hope is that these Wednesday evenings become a moment of calm and peace in your week.\n\n**I'd love for you to join me. 🙏✨**\n\n### Every Wednesday\n\n### 7:00pm\n\n### Online\n\n### Free\n\n### 7 weeks • 7 chakras • 7pm",
