It is re-membering. \nLike the eternal fire, we carry the coals in our being. What we choose to do with this fire, is up to us. \n\nMay we sing, drum, and dance...\n\nMay we feel, express, and release...\n\n🗣🥁🕺🏽💃🔥\n\nIf life is what we make it, then we get to choose. \nSo what are we choosing?\n\nAt KIN we will be choosing:\n\n#### **Ceremonial Cacao (£5)** 🍫☕\n\nHeart-opening cups prepared with love by Joey - an energising elixir known to awaken creativity, focus, and connection, as well as boosting heart health & physical energy levels.\n\n#### **Vocal Activation & Drum Circle** 🥁\n\nGuided by Yolanda reawakening the primal voice, our playful inner child and our authentic selves through breath, sound, and vocal exercises, followed by drumming and collective expression.\n\n#### **Dance** 🔉🎶🕺🏽💃\n\nA journey of conscious movement through deep, organic, and tribal, melodic and fiery soundscapes curated and mixed by DJ Joey Espo. \nFreedom to move, release, and remember.\n\n#### **Sound Bath** 🎶\n\nGently bringing the tempo back down and receiving powerful sound frequencies. Surrender into Yolanda’s enchanting ancestral singing, crystal bowls, and healing vibrations - an immersion in resonance, rest, and renewal.\n\n#### **Sharing & Closing Circle** 🙏🏼\n\nA gentle space to integrate, express your experience, before closing the space and giving thanks.\n\n#### **Soul Food** (£4) 🍲💚\n\nA peaceful space at the end of the night to enjoy some fresh, hearty, homemade, vegan food. Vegetable dahl, stew or soup. Always made with love and with the intention to reground the high frequency sounds and energy transmissions.\n\nYolanda and Joey weave sound, rhythm, and ceremony into a shared space of healing, expression and belonging. 🙏🏼💙\n\nA kindling of kindred hearts coming together. Sparking embers of inspiration, connection, and remembrance. \n\n👣🔥 \"_Step into the fire of self-discovery.
