"description": "You are warmly invited to gift yourself an evening of **deep rest, resonance, and soul restoration** within a **safe and lovingly held space**.\n\nThis **Oceanic-themed Beautiful Sound Bath** is more than relaxation, it is a journey into stillness, sensation, and subtle transformation. Guided by **heart-led soundscapes** , you’ll be immersed in waves of vibration, voice, and elemental rhythm designed to **soothe the nervous system, open the heart, and reconnect you with your inner world**.\n\nThrough singing, light language, and healing instruments, the experience gently carries you into a state many describe as **pure bliss, ethereal drifting, or being held in sound**.\n\nGuests often share that they leave feeling: \n✨ deeply relaxed and peaceful \n✨ emotionally lighter and rebalanced \n✨ physically soothed, with tension or pain softened or released \n✨ connected to themselves, to others, and to something greater\n\nFor some, it’s like floating between waking and dreaming. For others, it’s a return home to the body, home to stillness.\n\nEach Sound Bath is intuitively guided and responsive to the energies of the time and in the room. The journey carries an oceanic, flowing quality \ninviting you to: \n● release emotional and physical tension like waves washing ashore \n● soften into deep rest and inner quiet \n● drift into spacious, dreamlike states of awareness\n\n**You may experience sensations such as:** \n🌊 gentle waves of vibration through the body \n✨️ moments of timelessness or “drifting” \n💚 heart-opening warmth and emotional release \n☺️ deep stillness followed by a renewed sense of clarity and energy\n\n#### What to Expect\n\nUpon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by **Yolanda** , with the option of energetic cleansing through a smoke ritual using dried herbs such as **Sage or Mugwort**.\n\n**Joey** will lovingly prepare optional drinks offerings available to purchase before the Sound Journey: \n \n\n- **🍫☕ Ceremonial Cacao – £5**\n- **🌿🍵 Blue Lotus & Mugwort Tea – £3**\n\nThese nourishing plant allies can enhance and deepen your experience.\n\n#### **Optional before the Sound Bath**\n\n- Draw oracle cards from the altar\n- Browse essential oil blends & crystal jewellery\n- Relax and socialise as you settle in \n \n\n#### Comfort\n\nEye masks, cushions, padded futons, and blankets are provided. His presence creates a safe, steady foundation that allows you to fully let go, supporting a journey that many describe as deeply restful, expansive, and profoundly calming. \nBlending earth and water elements, his sound invites the body into stillness, release, and gentle realignment, holding a field where transformation can unfold naturally.\n\n**Yolanda ~ Ancestral Singer & Sound Weaver**\n\nYolanda’s voice has been described as “honey for the soul”, angelic, soothing, and deeply healing. She sings intuitively, through feeling, through spirit, channeling ancestral voice, light language, and sacred sound. Her vocal expressions move between ethereal tones, oceanic resonance, and ancient frequencies, guiding you into states of deep peace, emotional release, and inner connection. Many experience her voice as a vibrational medicine, gently opening the heart and carrying them into a place of bliss, stillness, and remembrance.\n\n \n\n**Joey ~ Herbal Alchemist**\n\nJoey brings a subtle yet powerful layer to the experience through plant allies. Working with ceremonial cacao and herbal infusions, he enhances the journey with grounding and heart-opening elements that help you drop deeper into the body and the present moment. \n\n \n\n**Moon ~ AV Alchemist**\n\nMoon weaves layers of light, sound, and atmosphere. Using coloured lighting, he creates an inviting, immersive environment, often described as magical and otherworldly. The ambient lights gently help you soften, settle, and drop deeper into the experience. His AV wizardry elevates the sound. Through the careful use of reverb, delay, and live sound shaping, he amplifies Yolanda's vocals to create haunting, mermaid-like tones and angelic layers that seem to move through the space. \n \n\n🎒 **What to Bring Suggestions / How to Prepare** \n**Bring:** \n• Bottle of water or a flask of tea to stay hydrated \n• Cosy blanket \n• Journal and pen if you' like to write reflections afterwards \n• Cash if you want to purchase cacao, dreamy tea, or other offerings\n\n**Wear:** \nComfortable clothing and layers\n\n**Prepare:** \nIf enjoying cacao, arrive with a light or empty stomach \nPlease honour the sober nature of this space\n\n**Intention:** \nTake a moment to gently set an intention for the evening, something to release, invite, or remember.\n\n \n\n**A note on tickets:**\n\nOur venue hire has increased significantly, so from September our sound bath tickets will be £21.
